I Play the Horror World as a Simulation Game Chapter 216

"Everything traces back to the day Yanan disappeared. Where did he go, who did he meet, and who did he have a conflict with?"

"According to Mo Ting, the curse had already appeared by then. Yanan was the first to suffer from it, and soon the curse spread, turning guild members into puppets one after another."

"Mo Ting was the only one who remained clear-headed, but in the end, she couldn't escape the disaster either."

Inside the tin house, Qin Nuo pinched his chin, lost in thought.

According to the subsequent plot, it should be almost the same as the third instance, Saint Yasi Asylum.

The one who cast the curse turned everyone in the school into puppets, transforming the vast school into their private playground, and became the mysterious principal.

It seems Yanan was a victim from start to finish, but who can guarantee this wasn't a play he directed himself?

Not lingering in the tin house, Qin Nuo glanced around and then left.

By the time he got home, it was already past midnight.

Emerging from the alley, Qin Nuo headed towards the red brick house, hearing the rustling of the wind in his ears.

Turning his head, he saw a shadow dart through the weeds under the fenced area.

Then, the shadow leapt onto the fence.

Qin Nuo's expression shifted slightly.

It was a black cat, its eyes like yellow agate, sharp and piercing.

It stared at Qin Nuo, blinked, and then jumped onto a silhouette.

The silhouette belonged to a heavily made-up middle-aged woman. She gently soothed the black cat in her arms, looked up at Qin Nuo, and her red lips parted slightly: "Little one, where are you going so late? Want to come to Auntie's house for a bit?"

The middle-aged woman always gave Qin Nuo a dangerous feeling. Shaking his head, he said, "No, I'm tired and need to go home to sleep."

The middle-aged woman showed a hint of disappointment, stroking the back of the black cat's neck, and said, "You know, your father once borrowed something from me. Maybe you could ask him when he'll return it?"

Qin Nuo's face froze slightly.

That scumbag father, borrowing things?

"His borrowing is his business. I don't see him as a father, more like an enemy. Auntie, do you understand what I mean?"

Mentioning his father, Qin Nuo's expression turned icy cold.

The middle-aged woman stroked the black cat, her eyes filled with sadness, and slowly said, "But he has no intention of returning it. No matter what, you're his son. Shouldn't you do something?"

Another case of the son paying the father's debts?

How much trouble has this scumbag father caused, needing his son to repay?

Qin Nuo pondered for a moment, said nothing more, and walked towards the door. As he opened it, the middle-aged woman didn't persist but said, "It seems you have a guest at home. Sounds quite lively."

Qin Nuo ignored her, closed the door, and went inside.

Li Qianqian didn't have a key to the house, so the guest was either his mother or that scumbag father.

The hall was empty and pitch black.

Qin Nuo remembered the light bulb was fixed, but when he turned it on, the light was dimmer than nothing.

He walked around the house but found no one. The drawers and closets, which should have been tidied, showed signs of being rummaged through.

"Did the scumbag father come back?" Qin Nuo glanced at his room, where books were scattered on the floor, and everything was in disarray.

"Ran off again? Tsk, coming back repeatedly to rummage through things, should I change the lock?"

Feeling a bit irritated, Qin Nuo tidied up briefly. The clothes he had just changed in the afternoon were dirty again. He took off his shirt, planning to wash up in the bathroom.

"You should take a closer look. Being careless can easily lead to trouble," the Blood-Eyed Ghost suddenly spoke.

With a hint of doubt, Qin Nuo's gaze moved around the room, finally landing under the table, where several cigarette butts were crushed out.

If it was just about finding valuables, he would have left after searching. But the cigarette butts on the floor indicated he had stayed in the room for a long time.

A little imagination made it clear that the guy was waiting for him to come back!

Qin Nuo pondered for a moment, then casually went to the balcony to get a piece of clothing and entered the bathroom. Soon, the sound of water dripping came from inside.

A few minutes later, Qin Nuo walked out, dripping wet, took an apple from the living room, sat on the sofa, drying his hair while peeling the apple.

He even hummed a tune.

In the darkness behind him, a face with hideous scars suddenly appeared silently.

The face was pitted like a swamp, with a knife scar slashing down to the chin, stitched with thread, showing how deep the wound was.

Seeing his oblivious son, the face twisted into a sinister smile.

A thick arm reached out from the darkness, grabbing Qin Nuo's neck and slamming his head onto the table!

With a loud bang, it echoed clearly in the living room.

Qin Bei coldly laughed, "My dear son, long time no see. Haven't been back for so long, did you miss your dear father?"

Halfway through the sentence, Qin Bei squinted his eyes because he felt Qin Nuo resisting under his hand.

He increased the pressure, trying to pin his son down, but in the next second, he saw an arm swing, and with a flash of cold light, the fruit knife stabbed viciously into his right eye.

Blood splattered, and the grip on Qin Nuo's head loosened. Qin Nuo seized the moment, grabbed the marble coffee table, and swung it at Qin Bei's head without hesitation.

Qin Bei staggered back a few steps, pulling the knife from his eye, blood gushing out, staining half his face, dripping onto the floor.

Qin Nuo stood up, cracked his neck, and smiled coldly, "Long time no see, father?"

"What were you about to say? Go on."

Seeing Qin Nuo's smile, Qin Bei's face twisted, making his already terrifying face even more frightening.

But soon, he masked the ferocity, dipped his finger in the blood on the knife, licked it with his tongue, and smiled, "As expected of my son, grown up, learned to resist. Shouldn't I, as a father, feel gratified?"

"I heard you took a part-time job? Must have saved quite a bit?"

"That damned woman must have given you some money too. Your biological father needs some cash now, care to help out?"

Qin Bei held the fruit knife, smiling at Qin Nuo, getting straight to the point.

Qin Nuo was even more direct, took a few Ghost Currency coins from his pocket, flicked them onto the table, and then looked at Qin Bei, calmly saying:

"The money is right here, come and get it."
