Far from dodging, Rufeng stepped forward and, wielding the kitchen knife in his hand, he chopped downward fiercely.
The knife, unsurprisingly, landed on the Dormitory Manager's head.
A miraculous scene unfolded; the blade slid down the Dormitory Manager's skin, continuing all the way down to the top of the flesh ball.
Looking at the Dormitory Manager again, the sliced skin only showed a shallow mark that parted the grease on her body.
Her skin itself didn't have any damage at all.
"So slippery?" exclaimed Mu Rufeng in shock.
He never would have guessed that his full-strength chop would be so easily deflected by the grease.
In the moment of Mu Rufeng's surprise, the Dormitory Manager's pudgy hands had already grasped him.
Her massive body wrapped Mu Rufeng completely and then, without slowing, crashed into a nearby bunk bed.
"Boom!" a loud noise resounded.
The bunk bed collapsed instantly.
Mu Rufeng cursed and then, with a shake of his entire body, he managed to free himself from the Dormitory Manager's fatty grasp.
However, contrary to Mu Rufeng's expectations, a mass of fat surged toward him again, enveloping him perfectly.
If you looked closely, wasn't that lump of fat precisely the Dormitory Manager's lower half, that flesh ball?
In this moment, Mu Rufeng felt his entire body slick with grease as he was being coated in a layer of it.
A strong suction force was dragging Mu Rufeng deeper into the flesh ball.
More and more grease was accumulating, and there was also a tremendous compressive force acting on Mu Rufeng's body.
By the looks of it, the Dormitory Manager's flesh ball was the real mouth for eating and the stomach for digesting.
Mu Rufeng felt extremely uncomfortable, and he suddenly pushed hard with his feet, but they slipped, and he lost his balance altogether.
Located within the slippery flesh ball, Mu Rufeng couldn't maintain his balance, let alone find leverage.
Whether he swung his fist or kicked, each motion would slide off due to the slimy grease.

At that moment, the Abnormalitys that were still inside the dormitory trembled with fear, stopping their shenanigans entirely and daring not to make a single sound.
As for the Abnormalitys that hadn't returned to the dormitory and were wandering outside, they didn't dare approach the dormitory building at all.
Even the Abnormalitys who wanted to return to rest in the dormitory were terrified of being discovered and then devoured by the Dormitory Manager.
"Gurgle, gurgle, gurgle~~!"
The four candles burned together, causing large bubbles to form in the stomach acid.
In just moments, a 'whoosh!' sounded, and a burst of flames ignited on the surface of the stomach acid.
As this burst of flame rose, it quickly spread in all directions.
In the blink of an eye, the entire stomach was engulfed in flames.
All the elements needed for an explosion—a highly flammable material, a completely enclosed space, plus a source of fire—had come together.
"Boom!" There was a loud bang.
The dormitory building shook violently, as if an earthquake had arrived.
The intense blaze illuminated the whole of Crimson Preferred.

Plumes of dense smoke rose into the sky, swiftly enveloping the air above Crimson Preferred, covering the Blood Moon suspended high above.
