I the King of bandits of the East Sea Chapter 91

Compared to the ideals spoken by the bald leader, Sig sought to forge a path that would enable ordinary people to achieve the pinnacle of strength. Sig's speech on equality was even more revolutionary and shocking.

This was particularly true for the Revolutionary Army.

"This speech might serve as a philosophical weapon for our Revolutionary Army: equality."

Dragon murmured, a smile appearing on his face.

No force understood the profound value of such a speech better than the Revolutionary Army.

A compelling speech like Sig's had the potential to spread the concept of equality widely across the world, something no amount of military strength could achieve.

The Revolutionary Army's cadres were deeply moved as they gazed at Sig, standing under the sunlight, gradually lost in thought.

"Indeed, this is far more significant than simply having a few strong fighters at the level of vice admirals."

"Was Sig's grand plan really just an ambush on a high-ranking official? Perhaps this is his true grand plan."

"Did Sig initially reject joining our Revolutionary Army? Yet he clearly aligns with its principles, possibly even surpassing us in his efforts."

Someone recalled the incident with the Celestial Dragons and felt a bit ashamed.

"Not just aligned—he's practically the guiding light of the revolution."

Listening to the discussions among the cadres, Dragon felt pleased and no longer fixated on certain terms he preferred not to hear.

At this moment, Dragon no longer regretted parting ways with Sig.

"If Sig truly harbors such a dream, then one day, we're bound to collaborate with him again."

Dragon's gaze was resolute, free of any lingering regrets.

Meanwhile, many Revolutionary Army soldiers directed their attention toward the ship's railing at the bow.

Leaning against the railing was one of their comrades, Haku—a fish-man.

Haku was a red bream fish-man, skilled in Fish-Man Karate, and a teacher of the martial art within the Revolutionary Army.

He maintained close ties with Jinbe, Tiger, and others from the Sun Pirates.

In certain storylines, after Tiger's death, Haku took in the enslaved young girl Koala and became her Fish-Man Karate instructor.

"Will Fish-Man Island rise, and the sons of fish-men sit peacefully alongside humans and the descendants of the Celestial Dragons?"

"This is such an absurd wish—our long-held dream as fish-men and merfolk."

Leaning against the ship's railing, Haku murmured to himself, a faint smile unconsciously forming on his face.

Sig's words resonated with the deepest aspirations of the fish-men and merfolk.

The residents of Fish-Man Island, 10,000 meters beneath the sea, had long dreamed of reaching the surface and living under true sunlight.

As he was lost in thought, a splash came from the water.

A pale blue figure suddenly leaped out of the sea and landed on the deck.

"Who are you? What are you doing here?"

The Revolutionary Army soldiers warily surrounded the fish-man who had emerged from the water.

"Arlong? Why are you here?"

Haku pushed through the encirclement to face Arlong, who had just jumped aboard.

"That doesn't matter. What matters is what this human named Sig said."

Arlong replied nonchalantly. He paid no attention to the tense Revolutionary Army soldiers around him; his gaze was fixed on Sig at the banquet.

After escaping from Garp's warship, Arlong originally intended to return to the Grand Line. However, he had come across the Revolutionary Army fleet's brief confrontation with Garp.

After hearing of Sig's deeds spreading across the East Blue, Arlong developed an interest in the mountain bandit leader who had dared to confront the Celestial Dragons.

Following from a distance, he overheard Sig's speech, which ultimately drew him onto the ship.

"Are you reminded of what Brother Tiger once said?"

Haku glanced at Arlong.

Arlong remained silent.

Haku followed Arlong's gaze to Sig in the distance and continued:

"Brother Tiger once said that the purpose of the Sun Pirates was liberation and equality. Arlong, even you wouldn't have imagined hearing such words from a human, would you?"

"I joined the Revolutionary Army because of this."

Haku muttered on and on.

Arlong let out a cold snort, his expression indifferent, but deep down, he was significantly moved.

After Fisher Tiger's death, Arlong had turned into an extremist and racial supremacist, believing that fish-men were the most superior race… only to be consecutively humbled by two human vice admirals.

These experiences brought about a certain shift in his perspective.

"I want to see if this Sig is truly like Brother Tiger, treating this dream as a genuine goal, or if he's merely paying lip service."

"This human—how far can he really go?" Arlong said coldly.

Haku gave Arlong a surprised look before suddenly realizing:

"So you're planning to follow Sig, huh? Why beat around the bush so much?"

Haku mumbled, then promptly pulled Arlong toward the banquet table where Sig was seated.

"Sig, this is Arlong. He greatly admires you…"

Haku introduced Arlong to Sig.

Sig opened his slightly bleary, drunken eyes and glanced at Arlong.

"Stussy? Stussy, more seafood has arrived. Let's add it to tonight's feast."

Arlong was momentarily stunned, and then a vein bulged on his forehead.

"Bastard! This human is nothing but a scoundrel!"

Arlong's emotions flared, but he was quickly restrained by Haku and the others around him.

"Calm down! Sig is drunk; he simply made a mistake."

Amidst the commotion, Sig, who was already drunk, gradually closed his eyes.

A glowing screen appeared beside him.

"Achievement mission: Revolutionary Beacon accomplished. Reward: One chance to draw a random possession card."

A couple of hours later, the Revolutionary Army fleet and Sig's ship had already parted ways.

The heavily inebriated Sig had been carried to the captain's quarters by his subordinates.

As time passed, night slowly descended.

Sig lay on the bed, his light snores rising and falling, clearly in deep sleep.

A figure silently appeared in the room.

"Have you forgotten that I'm still on this ship, Sig?" Stussy thought to herself.

Her cold gaze fell on the man lying peacefully on the bed, his hands folded over his abdomen.

Step by step, she moved closer to Sig, though her caution grew with every step.

The night before, she had assumed Sig was sound asleep, but the outcome...

Even now, Stussy couldn't be certain how much Sig had uncovered about her attempted escape and her communication with CP0 that night.

This scheming and unpredictable man—was this another one of his traps?

As she pondered, Stussy continued to approach Sig.

The snores abruptly ceased, and a low voice broke the silence.
