In the temporary official residence in S City, Jin Yang was dressed casually and looking at the mirror. He was prepared to go to the villa to fetch Qiu Tong and the children.
Jin Yang pushed open the door and saw Song Yan, who had been waiting outside for a long time. He stood up and greeted Jin Yang with a lazy and casual expression, “Morning!”
“Where are you going? Let me guess, you’re going to meet Qiu Tong?”
Song Yan spread out his hands with a mocking expression. He used his slender fingers to poke the sachet on Jin Yang’s chest. “This looks like it is mine.”
“Shouldn’t you be returning it to me?”
Song Yan knew about what happened between Qiu Tong and Jin Yang yesterday through the listening device. When he heard that Qiu Tong had given him a sachet, he knew that she must have sensed the disparities between him and Jin Yang, and wanted to use it to differentiate them.
Jin Yang frowned and rejected him with an unhappy expression. “I’ll return to the capital next week.”
“I promised the children that I would spend the weekend with them…”

Jin Yang’s heart ached as if it was pierced by needles. Pain flashed across his eyes as he released his hand. He took off the sachet from his neck and threw it to Song Yan.
Song Yan smirked as he rushed to the villa with the sachet.
Jin Yang sat at the doorway in frustration. The sensation of the sachet seemed to linger on his fingertips. He recalled Qiu Tong’s advice. “The herbal powder inside can relieve your headaches…”
Something was not right!
Jin Yang’s pupils constricted. Song Yan did not have headaches. If Qiu Tong was really with him, she would have known!
In that case, Qiu Tong did not know that Song Yan and he were two different people!
Jin Yang grabbed his car keys and immediately chased after Song Yan.
At the villa in the wealthy district, Song Yan knocked lightly on the door. Qiu Xingyu opened the door happily and pushed Qiu Tong in front of him.

Song Yan smiled faintly and took out the sachet. He showed it to her and said, “This is a gift from you. How could I dare to forget it?”
