Chapter 381 – The Demon King’s Breakfast
“Takifu, I want to stop the orcs’ scent, so can you get rid of the sled?”

In the morning, I took care of Tig’s request and collected all the dead monsters and beasts lying around in the snowfield. It seemed that half of the sled had been eaten by the earth dragons, but the remaining wreckage in the back of the sled was piled high with blood-stained burlap sacks that seemed to contain orc corpses.
So far, there are no signs of monsters or other creatures attracted to the smell. The only large creatures that have been attracted are the two earth dragons.

Hearing Myrril’s comment, Louis takes a second look at the earth dragons being dismantled in the snowfield. These guys were the only ones that had been put into storage during the night. They were taken out in the morning to be dismantled, but these are as big as trams.

That’s true. It would be a problem if a 25-meter class earth dragon was roaming around right under the local government’s nose and along the coast. Fortunately or unfortunately, this time, it was a 7-meter class dragon. It wasn’t tiny at all, but it was a size that could be dealt with somehow.

“Thank you for inviting us, Takifu-san and Mir-san.”
“No, thank you for coming. Come this way.”
With the earth dragon meat that had been cut up, everyone was led to the kitchen of the mansion.
“The water is boiling in the pot, and the oven is on. I’ve also put the utensils and spices on the kitchen table, but if you need anything, please let me know.”
“Ara, this is a great kitchen…it’s so shiny!”
“We’ve only used it for tea and sweets…”
Tig leaves the meat with the ladies and returns with us to the front yard.
