I Will Create a Good Ending for the Yandere Villainess Chapter 180

[The Next Day]

Lillian tapped the class desk with her finger, staring wryly at Marionette, whose eyes were gazing at a specific part of her body.

"You're staring quite intently at my chest, huh...?"

Since breakfast, Marionette had been taking glances at them, although they were quite hard to notice at the beginning.

She was starting to think Marionette was quite perverted as well.

The Assassin turned her face away at her words, murmuring, "It's your fault."

Lillian's ears twitched at this. She stared incredulously at her.

"Wha—"

SLAM.

Mirage slid the door open and strolled into the room with his usual cold smile, "Good morning, everyone! Hope you all enjoyed your weekends, for we're back to lessons now."

As Mirage went on with his lesson, Lillian was bored out of her mind in the back. She was blocking out most of what was going on in the lesson, but still jotted down notes to keep up the act she was listening.

If her memory still works, she should be able to pass through the exams. Not 100%, but just a passing grade. That was all that really mattered, anyway.

But... If she did want to study, she could ask Marionette to tutor her for a bit.

Lillian's eyes drifted to the side, staring at the red-eyed beauty with a smile. Since she wasn't doing much with her writing hand...

While Marionette was focused on writing down on her notebook, Lillian's hand slithered onto her thigh.

Marionette briefly paused, glancing down at the hand. She silently stared at it before moving her attention towards Lillian, who winked at her playfully.

"Hm..."

The Assassin turned back to her work, but only after placing her left hand on Lillian's. She had even scooted closer to the girl, making it so there wasn't even an inch of a gap between them.

Lillian gave a conflicted smile, while she was glad Marionette wanted to be close to her, she couldn't help but be disappointed that the Assassin didn't feel embarrassed.

That didn't make her a bad person, right? No... She was just doing it to try and get back at the woman. Unfortunately, she was doing an extremely bad job at it.

Anyway, it didn't really matter, since they were at the back. Nobody could really see her doing this. Well... Except for Millis, who had reached under the desk to grab her dropped pen.

The Heroine stared blankly at Lillian's hand on Marionette's thigh. She gave a proud smirk and pumped her fist.

After that class, the day went on as usual. The week went on as usual.

Eventually, time flew by and it was now next month. March.

It was also in this month that people were able to begin volunteering at the Student Council Office. But only the office, for the actual Student Council Committee, was separate from it.

She wasn't sure why they needed to be separate, but it didn't really matter.

The two were similar, anyway, in terms of dealing with some of the affairs in the Academy Realm.

The Student Council Committee, however, was mainly known for—

BOOM!

—Dealing with troublesome individuals.

Lillian, seated on a bench, watched as two members of the committee took down some of her classmates, specifically Xander and Gram.

She gave a sigh, "I'm starting to rethink whether I want to join the committee now."

"Hm? Why?"

Lillian looked to the side, seeing Marionette return with two cans of sodas in her hands. She smiled as the Assassin handed one over to her before sitting down.

"Ehh... Having to "discipline" people seems to be tedious and annoying." She pointed over at the scene.

Marionette glanced over before returning her eyes back towards the Rabbit, "I suppose... But I recall you to be quite an avid person of action. What happened to that?" She tilted her head.

Lillian shrugged.

"I changed it to something else."

"... May I ask what you decided on?"

"Sure."

Marionette suddenly felt Lillian's arm wrap around her waist, pulling her in a bit. She raised an eyebrow at the girl.

Lillian blinked at her, flirtatiously.

"I decided on being your avid distractor~..."

Marionette stared silently at her before looking forward and taking a sip from her soda. She then stated in a stoic voice:

"You have a bright future in that department, Lilly."

Lillian smiled, her eye twitching a bit.

"I can't tell whether that was sarcasm or not if you use that voice..."

Marionette turned to her and smirked.

"It wasn't. But I can guarantee you a bright future, if you stay by my side, though, Lillian."

Lillian rolled her eyes, playfully, at the Assassin.

"Alright, alright, I get it. You want me to be by your side at all times."

After saying that, she sipped her soda.

She froze and pulled it away from her mouth, scrutinising it curiously. What she saw was a charming illustration of a strawberry.

'Strawberry flavoured, huh?'

She continued to drink it before remembering something.

'I should really begin filling in that Volunteering form...' She deliberated.

She pulled out her phone, looked through her Student Email and found one sent by Mirage.

Her teacher had also sold the Spider's corpse already. If she were to recall correctly, it went for around 52,000 Semis. Considering that was over half of what she had in her bank account in the beginning, she felt pretty good about it.

She looked through the volunteering form.

Marionette leaned over, staring at her screen, curiously.

"Doing it now?"

"Uh huh... Might as well get it done now. I think Reph had his done already, surprisingly."

"... The Second Prince is joining as well?"

Lillian glanced up from her phone.

"Yep. Well... I convinced him to." She shrugged, "They bring you in as pairs, so he had to come along, as well, if he wanted to help me get in."

She then chuckled:

"Pretty nice, isn't he?"

"... Yes..." Marionette slowly responded with a strained voice before asking:

"When was this?"

"A little while ago. Why?"

Lillian tilted her head at the Assassin, who was covering the lower half of her face.

Marionette fell into a deep thought at the Rabbit's words. Eventually, she snapped out of it. She stood up from the bench and held her hand out to Lillian.

"We don't have any more classes for the rest of the day. Let's go train your skills in the Virtual Reality."

"Ehh... Do we have to...?"

"... We could train your stamina instead if you'd—"

Lillian interrupted her with a twitching face, "Y-yeah... Let's just head to the Technological Building..." She wasn't looking to be paralysed from over-exhaustion today.
