Mu Mingtang was immediately embarrassed, but Xie Xuanchen, as if to take credit, pulled Mu Mingtang to his side and said, “Mom, I got to know what a begonia flower is now. Look, I put it on her, isn’t it pretty?”

Mu Mingtang was a little surprised to hear what Xie Yi said and couldn’t help but look back at Xie Xuanchen. She often came to the Xie family’s house these days and knew by now that Xie Xuanchen was the only son in the family. And to be fair, his talents in all aspects were definitely top-notch among his peers. Mu Mingtang thought that the family would love their sole heir very much, but unexpectedly, Xie Yi was picky about Xie Xuanchen as soon as he opened his mouth.
And it was even done in front of so many guests.
