I'm the Owner of the Pokémon Day Care In the World of Pokémon Chapter 256

"Dragonite, to save Dratini, I need to take it back home," Yuga said to the Dragonite.

In a situation where he had nothing at his disposal, Yuga couldn't do much.

The Dragonite didn't object and nodded in agreement. The reason it had sought help from The Great Flygon was because it had run out of options.

Now, it couldn't move, and it feared it would soon succumb to the constant drain of electricity from Zapdos's thunder. If it perished, what would happen to its injured child? So, it chose to trust Yuga.

Due to the electric currents surrounding Dratini, Yuga couldn't make direct contact with it, so he returned Dratini to its Poké Ball.

After securing Dratini, Yuga asked the Dragonite, "Dragonite, do you want to come with us?"

Dragonite nodded. In its final moments, it wanted to be with its child.

Since Dragonite was unable to move its body, with its consent, Yuga also recalled Dragonite into its Poké Ball.

The Poké Ball containing Dragonite was a Heal Ball. While Yuga knew it wouldn't have any effect on Dragonite's injuries, he hoped it might provide some comfort.

Yuga swiftly rode on The Great Flygon and returned to YoYo Day Care, then entered the Ecopark.

Once at the Ecopark, Yuga asked The Great Flygon to fetch Florges while he prepared some medicine and called for Chimecho.

Once everything was ready, Yuga released both Dragonite and Dratini from their Poké Balls and said to Florges, "Florges, the Grassy Terrain, please."

Florges nodded, and in an instant, Dragonite and Dratini were enveloped in a Grassy Terrain.

The unique healing effect of Florges's Grassy Terrain was surprisingly effective. Even Yuga hadn't expected it to rapidly mend such severe injuries.

Dragonite and Dratini's injuries began to improve, especially Dratini, whose charred skin turned back to its light blue hue in the blink of an eye.

Just when Yuga and the others were rejoicing, both Dragonite and Dratini suddenly emitted golden electric flashes. Their once-recovered skin swiftly turned charred again, with flesh and skin cracking horribly, making it a gruesome sight.

Witnessing this, Yuga hastily instructed Chimecho, "Chimecho, Heal Bell."

"Chimecho, Chimecho!" Chimecho responded solemnly, and then a melodious chime rang out.

At the same time, Yuga began applying more medicinal items to Dragonite and Dratini's injuries.

However, these efforts didn't alleviate their injuries. Electricity continued to flicker all over their bodies.

Seeing this, the Grass-type Pokémon behind Florges reacted. Those capable of creating Grassy Terrains activated them to assist Florges, covering Dragonite and Dratini. They wanted to lend Florges a hand.

But their actions seemed to anger the electric currents even more. They surged upward, then scattered in all directions, flinging Yuga, Florges, and their Pokémon away.

"How could this happen?" Yuga exclaimed as he lay on the ground, shocked.

Just then, the Weather Tree began to shimmer with a brilliant green light, and a green energy sphere flew out.

"A Guardian Orb!" Yuga exclaimed.

They watched as the Guardian Orb swiftly flew above Dragonite and Dratini, emitting beams of green light to counter the golden lightning.

However, these golden lightning bolts seemed exceptionally tenacious, matching the Guardian Orb's strength.

As the Guardian Orb and golden electric currents battled fiercely, the injuries of both Dragonite and Dratini appeared to worsen, evident by the pain on their faces.

It was as if the Guardian Orb sensed this issue. Suddenly, two green beams of light extended from it, wrapping around Yuga and Florges.

Yuga, wrapped in the green light, felt something being drawn from his body. He witnessed a green sphere flying out from his body. Florges experienced the same, though her green sphere was much larger than Yuga's.

These two green spheres simultaneously flew into the Guardian Orb and vanished. Then, the Guardian Orb radiated blinding light, forcing Yuga and Florges to involuntarily close their eyes.

Once the light dissipated, they saw a green spectral figure hovering above the Guardian Orb.

"Celebi!" Yuga couldn't help but exclaim.

Yuga was filled with confusion. Why was Celebi within the Guardian Orb? And what were those green spheres that had flown out of him and Florges?

As soon as the spectral Celebi appeared, the golden electric currents seemed frightened. They attempted to retreat back into Dragonite and Dratini's bodies, but Spectral Celebi didn't allow it.

Spectral Celebi extended its small hand, and the golden electric currents were drawn toward it, converging to form a shining golden sphere.

After about a quarter of an hour, all the electric currents had vanished from Dragonite and Dratini's bodies, while the golden sphere in Spectral Celebi's hand had taken shape.

Spectral Celebi held the golden sphere, then flew to hover over Dragonite and Dratini. It rapidly released green spheres toward them while flying in circles. Dragonite and Dratini's injuries began to heal.

The wounds on Dragonite, torn apart by the thunder, began to disappear, and its charred skin slowly peeled away, returning to its normal color in the blink of an eye.

Once Dragonite and Dratini's injuries were fully healed, Spectral Celebi tossed the golden sphere it held into Dratini's body. It merged with Dratini, and then Spectral Celebi turned around, reaching into its own body and taking out two green spheres—one large and one small. These were tossed into Yuga and Florges's bodies. Yuga immediately felt something returning to him, although he couldn't help but wonder if his green sphere had grown slightly larger. It might have been a trick of the mind.

After completing these actions, Spectral Celebi dove into the Guardian Orb and disappeared as if it had never been there.

The Guardian Orb emitted a faint glow, drifting slowly towards Dragonite, who lay unconscious on the ground. Dragonite's front paws reached out, cradling the Guardian Orb in its embrace.
