Yuga couldn't find a suitable Pokémon to serve as the leader of the grassland Sub-Ecopark's Quadrupedal Pokémon for the time being. So, he thought for a while and decided to meet with Linoone.
Yuga and Linoone discussed the situation and asked it to move to the grassland Sub-Ecopark temporarily, taking on the role of leader for the Quadrupedal Pokémon.
Since the Fire-type Pokémon had moved away, the number of Quadrupedal Pokémon in the grassland Sub-Ecopark had dwindled. Among them, the Pachirisu Clan, the Tauros Clan, and the Miltank Clan all had their own leaders and didn't need other Pokémon to manage them. Their own leaders had plenty of experience in management.
There were also some Pokémon that couldn't be classified as Quadrupedal.
Pokémon like Deino and Kabutops usually had Miltank taking care of them. The Swampert and Lombre were also well-behaved, so there was no need to worry about them.
The ones that needed management and could be categorized as Quadrupedal were actually not many.
This included Persian and his three wives (Delcatty), the Purrloin family (Purrloin, Liepard, Zorua, Zoroark), and four flaaffy.

They couldn't beat Linoone, nor could they beat its wife, Mightyena.
Gradually, Purrloin and Persian accepted their fate and obediently followed Linoone and his wife as they roamed the streets.
Surprisingly, as cat-type Pokémon, whether it was Purrloin, Liepard, Persian, or the Delcatty, they were all agile and light-footed Pokémon. They moved silently and were very skilled at "walking on roofs and walls," making them well-suited for patrol and surveillance work.
The residents living near the YoYo Day Care and the Verdanturf Gym later found that there were often cat-like Pokémon wandering around their yard walls, rooftops, and front yards.
Gradually, they learned that these were Pokémon from the YoYo Day Care on patrol.
The security in the vicinity improved considerably.
Once, a resident's house was broken into by a thief and was seen by Purrloin, who happened to pass by. Without a word, Purrloin pounced on the thief, scratching his face so badly that it was a gruesome sight.
However, even though Purrloin looked fierce, the nearby residents weren't afraid of it.
To thank these little guardians, they occasionally fed them some food.
However, these Pokémon were quite aloof and paid no attention to the food, being very alert.
This was all thanks to Linoone and Mightyena's excellent guidance. They had instilled the idea that outside food should not be consumed, no matter who provided it.
Purrloin, Liepard, and Persian were all former wandering Pokémon. Linoone was afraid that they might be tempted by food and unable to move, so he specifically strengthened their training in this aspect.
The news of YoYo Day Care using cat-type Pokémon for patrols even reached the ears of Liliana. Inspired by this, Liliana also recruited a Persian.
As a police officer, Liliana deeply understood that in some situations, agile cat-type Pokémon were more useful than bulky dog-type Pokémon.
Liliana's Arcanine and Herdier's and it's final evolution form, Stoutland, were both typical large dog-type Pokémon.
