Captain America saw his chance and charged in, shield raised. Michael turned just in time to block the strike with one of his energy blades. The two exchanged blows, Cap's skill and precision matching Michael's strength and speed.
"You're fighting for the wrong side," Steve grunted as he parried another slash.
Michael laughed coldly. "And you're fighting for people that doesn't deserve saving."
With a burst of dark blast, Michael sent Captain America flying back. He stood amidst the battered Avengers, his suit glowing with unholy power.
"they literally just tried to kill this whole city, yet you guys wag your tails to them like puppy"
"Give up," he said, his voice filled with authority. "You're no match for me."
Thor, battered but defiant, stood once more, Mjolnir sparking in his hand. "You need more than that to defeat me!!!" he yelled, rallying his team.
Michael's jagged grin widened. "Good," he said, his energy blades crackling as he prepared for the next round. "Let's make this interesting."
Thor roared as he launched himself into the air, calling down a storm of lightning. The bolts streaked toward Michael, crackling with divine energy. Michael extended both hands, his symbiote surging forward and forming a massive shield of anti-magic and dark energy. The lightning struck the barrier, creating a blinding flash and a deafening boom, but Michael remained unharmed.
"Impressive," Michael mused. "But still not enough."
He waved his hand, and the energy from Thor's lightning was redirected, arcing toward Tony, whose systems were still rebooting. Tony barely managed to shield himself in time, but the impact sent him tumbling through the air.
Hulk, recovering from the gravity spell, slammed his fists into the ground, creating a shockwave that rippled toward Michael. Michael leapt high into the air, his symbiote forming wings that allowed him to hover above the battlefield. From his vantage point, he summoned dozens of dark magic projectiles—seething orbs of black energy that rained down on the Avengers.
Steve raised his shield to protect himself as the orbs exploded around him, sending debris flying. Hawkeye rolled to avoid the blasts, firing arrows in rapid succession. One of the arrows struck true, embedding itself in Michael's shoulder.
"Got him!" Hawkeye shouted, but his victory was short-lived.
Michael reached up, plucked the arrow out, and examined it as though it were an annoyance. "You'll need something sharper than that," he said, crushing the arrow between his fingers.
Hulk roared and leapt toward him again, this time catching Michael mid-air. The two tumbled to the ground, with Hulk pinning Michael beneath him.
"I smash puny wizard!" Hulk bellowed, raising his fists for a devastating blow.
But Michael's symbiote surged, wrapping around Hulk's arms and forcing them apart. With a surge of strength, Michael flipped Hulk off of him and delivered a brutal kick to Hulk's chest, sending the green giant skidding across the battlefield.
Thor charged again, spinning Mjolnir to unleash another flurry of strikes. Michael summoned a pair of massive ethereal swords, their blades wreathed in black flames, and met Thor's attacks head-on. The two clashed violently, their battle creating shockwaves that leveled nearby debris.
"You're strong," Thor admitted through gritted teeth. "But you lack honor."
Michael sneered. "Honor? Fighting for people who were just going to kill thousands of Innocents is honor? ."
As the clash intensified, Steve and Hawkeye regrouped, strategizing.
"We need to distract him," Steve said. "Tony, can you—"
But before he could finish, Michael raised a hand, casting a spell that pulled Steve and Hawkeye toward him with an immense gravitational force. They slammed into the ground at his feet, struggling to stand.
"You're just ants beneath my boots," Michael said coldly, raising one of his energy blades to strike.
Before he could deliver the blow, a massive explosion struck him from behind. Tony, finally recovered, hovered in the air with his repulsors glowing.
"Guess who's back in the game," Tony quipped, unleashing another barrage.
Michael snarled, his wings unfurling again as he soared into the sky to evade the attacks. He extended his hands, summoning an enormous sphere of dark energy.
"This ends now," he declared, hurling the sphere toward the Avengers.
The team braced for impact, but Steve leapt forward, throwing his shield with all his might. The shield struck the sphere, disrupting its energy and causing it to explode harmlessly in mid-air.
"Nice throw, Cap!" Tony shouted.
Michael landed with a crash, his expression calm and composed. "You're persistent. I'll give you that," he said, his voice dripping with disdain. "But persistence won't save you."
"And I've had enough fun," Michael added, his tone cold as he began chanting. A dark aura enveloped his body as he slammed his hand into the ground, sending a massive wave of dark energy toward the Avengers.
The team tried to shield themselves, but the sheer magnitude of the attack knocked them all unconscious. Even Thor, who had stood resilient against Michael's magic until now, was knocked unconscious. Blood trickled from his mouth as the magical shockwave disrupted his Asgardian resilience.
"Your innate magic helped you resist some of the damage," Michael remarked as he stepped forward, "but the clash between my magic and your essence ended up wreaking havoc on your organs."
With a calm yet menacing air, Michael raised his foot and delivered a powerful kick to Thor, sending the thunder god skidding across the battlefield, unconscious.
"All done," Michael muttered as a notification popped up before him.

"Now, time to leave," Michael said to himself. A portal materialized before him, swirling with dark energy. Without sparing the defeated Avengers another glance, he stepped through and vanished.
He reappeared in his mother's office, the familiar surroundings grounding him. Michael sighed and removed his battle-worn attire, letting it dissolve back into his inventory. But as he did so, he froze.
A voice rang out, firm and laced with a mix of surprise and concern. "So, it's true."
Turning around, Michael's eyes widened as he saw his mother seated at her desk. Her piercing gaze bore into him, and behind her stood Mia, her head hung low, her expression unreadable.
