Vogue leaned against the tub and touched Claire as he asked with a hint of worry in his tone.
"Are you alright?"
Claire’s body trembled and she gasped as Vogue’s warm hand touched her skin like a lot of electricity.
Vogue brows rose and he chuckled slightly. This was definitely her first time she had satisfied herself.
He stood up and went to grab a towel.
"You should come out from the bath tub or you will fall sick with cold."
Gently lifting her from the tub, Claire didn’t object.
Instead, she burrowed into his chest as Vogue wrapped her with the towel then took her to the sofa in the living room space of the private gym.
He brushed her hair gently and felt her breathing even out. In no time, she fell completely asleep.
"Cute."
Dressing himself, he stood up, went through her bag for his daily 5000 Credits. Wishing her good-luck in her Osympic Trial, Vogue left the room and locked the door behind him.
He also collected his daily 700 Credits from Manager Tim and then left Titan Training Hall.
The night was still early especially since the last of the four suns just set. The second moon had just risen, adjacent to the first sun. Forming a sort of diagonal line.
The street was busy with people either going for work or those under 19, making their preparations for their Osympic Trial.
Vogue admired the surroundings as he walked down the street. The Third Ring looked futuristic but also looked incredibly dystopian. However, the forefathers really worked hard to make the city look as good as in the old days, maybe even better.
If the Third Ring of the city looked like this, Vogue couldn’t help but wonder what the Second Ring and the Inner City or Capital would look like.
Maybe if he does well in his Osympic Test, he could attend a university in the Second Ring or the Capital.
Shaking the thought off his mind, Vogue arrived at the Caring Hands Hospital as usual but actually didn’t see Nurse Gloria. He was told she had asked for leave and didn’t come to work today.
Worried, Vogue took out his hand phone and immediately sent her a text.
『Vogue: Hey Nurse, came to check on you but heard you took a sick leave, are you alright?』
The text marked double lines which meant she was online but either hadn’t read the text or didn’t want to reply.
Either way, Vogue was far too busy for drama. He pocketed his phone, grabbed a few things from the market and headed back home.
When he opened his door, the first thing he noticed was the blood splattered on his kitchen floor.
Vogue immediately locked the door and with a heavy gaze, he went further and saw his Clone standing over Luke.
Luke looked very pale at the moment. His breathing was slow and he looked like he would die any moment from now.
As he observed the situation. He saw that his clone had crippled both of Luke’s legs which was now bleeding out.
Vogue facepalmed himself. He gave the command for his clone to cut off Luke’s legs if he tried to run but didn’t command the clone to close the wound up.
Quickly using his belt, Vogue stopped the outing blood from bleeding even more, then quickly injected Luke with a Blood Replenishing Serum.
In under 20 minutes, his breathing stabilized and he Luke then woke up.
The moment he sighted Vogue, his expression changed as horror and fear morphed his face horribly.
"Y-I... I’m still alive?"
His voice cracked and his lips trembled as he stared at Vogue while shivering. It was as though he was looking at the devil itself in human form!
"You thought you’ were going to die that easily? I’m not down using you yet."
Vogue gritted his teeth and glared as his cash-cow. If this idiot had died, who would be producing him his daily Pain Points?
"Hmph! It wouldn’t be tha easy escaping me."
Cutting off two of his fingers, they landed on the ground. The two fingers elongated and in the blink of an eye, formed flesh and blood as they instantly transformed into clones according to his thoughts.
"Alright. Continue your job."
Vogue gave like the sword and clapped happily with an encouraging smile on his lips.
Luke gave an ugly smile and did as he was told, chopping off the legs, arms and then head of the clones till Vogue couldn’t produce more clones anymore.
Leaving a Clone to watch over Luke, Vogue slept off to recover his mental energy. The feeling was even worse than a hangover, with sky splitting headache, crazy drowsiness and twitching of his body.
By the time he woke up, the third moon had risen and starting to set with the first sun starting to rise.
Vogue groaned and stretched. He had slept for almost four hours. He made something for himself and Luke.
Then produced more clones for Luke to kill.

Vogue was stunned as he read through the message once more.
Then his eyes widened in shock.

Maybe the system thought he was going to die early and decided to hoard the gift down for the next host, seeing him as incapable.

Vogue snorted in anger and spoke.
