The first-class cabin was almost full, except for the two seats in front of Ava Sterling and Jace Kingsley.
Poe Vaughn walked in, hanging up his phone call.
He had just finished the call.
But as soon as he hung up, a familiar voice reached his ears.
He paused, then raised his eyes, his gaze landing precisely on the left side of the plane, the second row.
Which was the second row on his right-hand side.
On the person sitting there, holding Jace Kingsley’s hand.

She immediately looked at the food brought by the attendant, all spicy, none that he could eat.
Ava Sterling gave Jace Kingsley a glare, then called the attendant to bring different food.
The attendant luckily came in from the back, and Ava Sterling immediately asked what food was available.
She quickly made her order.
She cherished her body and understood what was good for the stomach and what was not, knowing exactly.
Jace Kingsley said nothing, just watched her carefully instruct the attendant, seeing her serious and attentive about such a small matter.
She had always been this good, never changing.
Poe Vaughn watched the two sitting in the seats, a talented man and a beautiful woman.
When they talked, their intimacy was oblivious to everyone else around them.
His gaze fell on Ava Sterling’s face, seeing her care and concern in her eyes.
Then he shifted his gaze to Jace Kingsley, seeing the deep affection in his eyes.
At that moment, he stepped forward and calmly sat down in his seat.
