Invincible Divine Doctor of the Beautiful Lady Chapter 152

152: Chapter 150 Food Poisoning 152: Chapter 150 Food Poisoning “Doctor, doctor, not—not good, hurry and follow me,” the chubby boy said breathlessly, his face adorably flushed from tiredness.

However, his flickering gaze betrayed him.

Tangyu glanced at the chubby boy and noticed how his eyes darted around as if he were afraid of her.

This made Tangyu suspicious—if there was nothing to feel guilty about, why should he fear her?

Although Linshan Middle School was not an aristocratic institution, those who attended either had excellent grades or came from wealthy or noble families.

Thus, the students generally had considerable nerve.

They wouldn’t fear a minor school doctor like herself, let alone the teachers.

Of course, these observations alone were not enough for Tangyu to make any conclusions.

However, judging by the boy’s shifting gaze, changing complexion, and previously slightly trembling hands, she could tell he was feeling guilty.

Why would he feel guilty?

“Oh, student, no need to rush—what happened?” Tangyu asked.

“Doctor, come quickly to our class, a student has fainted.

Please, hurry,” the chubby boy said.

“Oh, okay, then lead the way quickly.

Which class are you from?” Tangyu asked.

“I’m from Senior Three, Class One,” the chubby boy immediately replied.

Tangyu chuckled inwardly, more certain that it must be another of Wang Ba’s tricks.

But she was curious, since it was class time and Wang Ba had someone lure her to the classroom, what was he up to now?

“Oh, where exactly is the student who fainted now?” Tangyu asked further.

“In the classroom, doctor, please stop asking and just come with me,” the chubby boy said, somewhat urgently.

Tangyu grew even more curious.

Could she have misjudged the situation?

It was supposed to be class time—what could Wang Ba dare to pull off?

Tangyu nodded, “Alright, let’s hurry then.”

“Yes, doctor,” the chubby boy finally breathed a sigh of relief, leading the way ahead while Tangyu followed, and they quickly jogged back to the academic building.

The Senior Three, Class One classroom was on the first floor and was the very last one on the side.

moment, the door of Senior Three, Class One was tightly closed.

Tangyu listened and found the classroom unusually quiet, almost as if there was no one inside.

Could it be that their first class was physical education or some other special subject?

Tangyu then realized—it was no wonder Wang Ba dared to have someone deceive her into coming here, the classroom was empty.

Though initially, Tangyu had no desire to play along with Wang Ba and such childish games, undermining her own intelligence, she was already here, so she might as well see what Wang Ba was up to.

The chubby boy arrived at the door and knowing it was closed confirmed that Wang Ba and his group were ready—now all that was missing was completing this final step of his task.

“Doctor, quickly come inside, the person is right here,” the chubby boy said.

Tangyu smiled faintly at him.

The chubby boy, who was already quite timid and had heard of Tangyu’s capabilities, felt increasingly uncomfortable under her gaze, and his eyes continued to dart around.

“How come your classroom is so quiet, it seems like there is no one inside, you’re not deceiving me, are you?” Tangyu said.

“No, no, how could I deceive you?

Doctor, just go inside and you’ll see,” the chubby boy replied.

Tangyu’s lips curled into a slight arc, amused by the child’s feeble attempt to deceive her: “Alright, then you open the door.”

The chubby boy immediately waved his hands, “The door is not locked, you go in first, Doctor, I’m a bit scared.”

“Scared, what are you scared of?” Tangyu asked.

The corners of the chubby boy’s mouth twitched, “Because, because—one of my classmates fainted inside.

This period was supposed to be a laboratory class, but I and my desk mate were lazy and did not go.

Suddenly, he fainted, so—I am scared—”

His fear was genuine, so he did not even need to act; he appeared quite convincing.

But how could Tangyu be fooled by a child’s words when the situation inside the classroom was quite audible to her?

She approached the classroom door: “I see, then I’ll go in.”

Seeing that he had seemingly fooled Tangyu, the chubby boy silently sighed in relief.

However, before he could feel too pleased, he suddenly felt a large hand grab his arm, and an irresistible force pulled him involuntarily toward the classroom entrance.

The chubby boy was really frightened by this sudden development, his face turning deathly pale as his whole body trembled.

Tangyu, holding the chubby boy, kicked open the classroom door, causing a pile of chalk dust to fall and engulf the entire doorway, covering the chubby boy in dust, turning him into a dust figure.

Terrified, he nearly cried out, suddenly shouting, “It’s me, Wang Ba, don’t smash it!”

Wang Ba, who had been ready to spring into action, was stunned and glared at the doorway.

After the dust settled, he realized that standing at the entrance, covered in chalk powder, was not Tangyu but the chubby boy.

Irritated, Wang Ba gritted his teeth and cursed, “Useless fatty, even such a simple task you mess up, and let yourself get discovered, what a waste of a good plan, dammit.”

Tangyu appeared at the doorway, looking at Wang Ba.

Wang Ba was also somewhat intimidated by Tangyu, but at that moment, he glared at Tangyu furiously and said, “You’re not stupid after all.

You weren’t fooled by that, credit to you, but you won’t be so lucky next time.

I don’t believe I can’t deal with you.”

Tangyu curled his lip, losing even the desire to smile.

Such child’s play, did they really think it involved any skill?

Dealing with these kids really did reveal a huge generational gap.

Bullying these kids brought absolutely no thrill.

“Don’t bother with these petty tricks next time, they’re no fun at all.

If you really want to play, try something more impressive; maybe then I’d find it interesting.

It’s up to you what games you want to play, but my patience has its limits.

Even though you’re just a kid, if you really annoy me, don’t blame me for being unkind.”

Tangyu spoke indifferently, then left immediately, no longer bothering with Wang Ba, whose face was turning ugly.

Wang Ba stood there clenching his teeth: “Damn it, Tangyu, we’ll see, I don’t believe I can’t deal with you, hmph.”

Just as Tangyu stepped out of the academic building and was about to return to the infirmary, an urgent voice called out from behind him.

“Doctor, don’t go, I was just looking for you.” A male student ran towards Tangyu.

Tangyu turned around and asked the male student, “What’s up, is there something wrong?”

The male student reached Tangyu and said, “Doctor, come quickly, someone in our class is having a severe stomachache, hurry.”

With that, the male student grabbed Tangyu’s hand and started pulling him, and without any hesitation, Tangyu let the boy lead him quickly to Class 10-2.

From afar, Tangyu could hear the noisy chaos inside Class 10-2, and even the neighboring two classes seemed disrupted, with many students standing at the door looking in.

From a distance, Tangyu saw that a crowd had gathered at the doorway of Class 10-2, and several teachers were also heading there.

A familiar figure appeared within Tangyu’s line of sight, brightening his eyes; it was Mo Xiaoqing, whom he had just met earlier.

Mo Xiaoqing was also walking briskly towards the classroom, her high heels tapping on the ground.

Because they were approaching hurriedly from different directions, they nearly collided.

“Doctor Tang, you’re here, hurry and check the class,” Mo Xiaoqing said.

Mo, is it your student?” Tangyu asked.

Mo Xiaoqing nodded and said, “Yes, they’re from my class.

I just got the news, so I rushed to see what’s happening.”

“The doctor is here, everybody make way!” A voice shouted, and the students who had been blocking the classroom door stepped aside.

A middle-aged man in his forties approached Tangyu anxiously and said, “Doctor Tang, please come quickly and see what’s going on.”

“Okay, let me take a look,” Tangyu nodded and entered the classroom.

As soon as he walked in, he heard screams akin to a pig being slaughtered.

A skinny young boy was lying on the desk, screaming in pain and rolling around, clutching his stomach with both hands, his face pallid and slightly purplish.

Just looking at him, it seemed very dangerous.

The classmates had moved to one side, also looking scared and concerned.

Mo Xiaoqing and the middle-aged male teacher accompanied Tangyu to the boy.

“Ah, it hurts so much,” the boy, seeing the doctor had arrived, cried out in pain and desperation.

Tangyu immediately examined the boy’s condition—pale face turning purple, lips slightly black, purple specks in the eyes, and extreme abdominal pain—all signs of food poisoning.

“Doctor, what’s going on?” the middle-aged male teacher asked urgently.

He was the class teacher of Class 10-2, and he would bear the greatest responsibility if anything happened to his students.

“Don’t worry, it’s nothing serious, it’s food poisoning.

Can someone go to the infirmary to get me some saline solution and a bit of white vinegar?” Tangyu said.

The class teacher of Class 10-2 immediately sent a fast-running student to fetch them, and Tangyu began the treatment, placing one hand on the boy’s stomach, sending a surge of Pure Yang Qi into him.

The problem of food poisoning is not big if it’s minor, just painful for a while, and can be relieved through the body’s own immune system which expels the toxins.

But if it’s severe, it could be fatal.

This student’s condition, however, was not very good.

If the toxins were not expelled from the body promptly, there could be a risk to his life.

Of course, to Tangyu, this was a minor issue.

Pure Yang Qi from Tangyu entered the boy’s abdomen, suppressing the toxins, and the boy’s pain subsided significantly, stopping his screams and calming down a bit.

“You can let go now, lie back and relax,” Tangyu instructed.

By now, the toxins had almost spread throughout the body, needing some time to concentrate and then be expelled with the saline solution.

Of course, Tangyu had the ability to neutralize it directly with Pure Yang Qi, but he chose not to use it overly.

His Pure Yang Qi should not be wasted like that.

Seeing how quickly Tangyu had alleviated the boy’s pain, Mo Xiaoqing and the class teacher both showed a hint of surprise on their faces, and the other students stared at Tangyu incredulously.
