Seeing the boss knocked down, the security team charged forward aggressively, leaving the rioting workers too scared to resist. They hurriedly clasped their heads and squatted on the ground.

“You all head back,” Ye Fan glanced at Mo Xiaoyan and said, “I’ll go talk to President Mo and see if she wants to pursue accountability for these people.”
Xu Xiangli nodded and without further thought, she called 120, leaving two security officers to handle the aftermath, then drove away with her team.

Supported by his fellow workers, Old Liu got in the ambulance, continually praising Ye Fan as a good official.
Once things were settled, the workers dispersed. With no one around, Mo Xiaoyan approached Ye Fan and gently took his arm, batting her eyes playfully, “Chief.”

“Alright.” Mo Xiaoyan replied, feeling a little disappointed.
After entering the office and closing the door, Ye Fan sat on the sofa, and Mo Xiaoyan asked, “Brother-in-law, want something to drink?”
“Just water is fine.”

Once connected, he excitedly said, “Hello, Captain Fan, it’s me Zhou Chao, took a photo of Director Ye and President Mo together. Alright, I’ll send it over to you right away!”
