White Cloud Residential Area, inside Tantai Wanrong’s home, sitting on the sofa, Tantai Wanrong tightly grasped Ye Fan’s hand and asked with concern, “Xiao Fan, what’s really going on? Tell Aunt, maybe I can help you.”
Ye Fan shook his head as if his soul had been extracted, unwilling to say anything.

“Why can’t you sleep? You have to sleep. After a good sleep, you’ll feel much better when you wake up.” Tantai Wanrong said, then proceeded to pull Ye Fan up.
Ye Fan was strong and sturdy, Tantai Wanrong couldn’t possibly move him.
However, Ye Fan held deep respect and affection for Tantai Wanrong, so even if his mood was poor, he stood up in response to her strength and was pulled into her subtly fragrant bedroom.
After pressing Ye Fan’s tall and strong body to sit on the edge of the bed, Tantai Wanrong looked into his eyes and half-commanded, “Wear your clothes and hurry up to bed.”

“Aunt Rong, this is your bed,” he said as an excuse.
“What’s wrong with my bed? Do you find Aunt’s bed dirty?” Tantai Wanrong pretended to be slightly angry.
Ye Fan quickly denied: “No, no, your bed is fine. I’m just afraid I’ll dirty it myself.”
“Stop making excuses. Just go to sleep honestly,” Tantai Wanrong said, starting to unbutton Ye Fan’s clothes.
Ye Fan, lost in thought, remembered past gentle scenes with Lu Xiaoman, sinking into agonizing heartache and remorse.
In his daze, before he realized it, Tantai Wanrong had already taken off his outer clothes.
“Alright, go to sleep,” Tantai Wanrong gently laid Ye Fan’s body down, pulling up the blanket.
Ye Fan lay on Tantai Wanrong’s soft bed, staring blankly at the ceiling, his mind full of Lu Xiaoman’s laughter and appearance, his heart wrenched with pain, his thick eyebrows knitted together.
Watching Ye Fan’s pained expression for a moment, Tantai Wanrong empathized deeply, wishing she could bear the pain for him.
Suddenly, she bit her gum in determination.
After an unknown amount of time, Ye Fan suddenly woke up and opened his eyes, realizing he was lying on a soft bed filled with a familiar fresh scent.

Lifting his left wrist to check the time, he found it was already eleven forty-seven in the morning.
“I actually slept unconsciously for so long…” Ye Fan thought instinctively, such a thing had never happened before.
