He chuckled interestingly, then turned and went downstairs.

Newsboys shouted today’s sensational news along the way, hawking their goods. In the crowd, two flamboyantly dressed gentlemen were leisurely strolling along, attracting no attention from passersby.

Ves was somewhat surprised, then raised an eyebrow.

Anderson finished his coffee, crumpled the paper cup, and with a flick of his hand, the garbage disappeared.
“You should know that this mission was originally for me alone to come… If it weren’t for your uncle Manoran’s strong insistence, along with the proposition of eight members of the tea party, you would not have accompanied me.”
He half-lifted his eyelids and said lightly:
“You should thank your uncle very much; he has taken a lot of trouble for you.”
