The Eastern King smiled indifferently, paying him no mind.
Whether he viewed him with contempt or not was of no importance.
If they could provoke Tian Hao into venturing into the Three Realms, where he and Suiren, aided by Zhu Long and others, could join forces, it wasn’t impossible to capture the adversary.

The so-called demons of later generations hardly counted as true demons; some followed the Path of Darkness, while others belonged to fringe or heterodox practices, with their cultivation methods too cruel and extreme. But frankly, they were still striving for immortality, hence not truly Demonic.
Even Sun Wukong, although known as a demon, pursued the Immortal Dao.
The Eastern King said.
"I genuinely wish Tian Hao would come out. If we could capture him, the Demon Realm wouldn’t pose a threat to the Three Realms for a million years," Suiren also declared.
Zhu Long, unable to hold back, posed the question, "If you both are so eager to capture Tian Hao, why not storm in and seize him? What’s the use of talking about it now?"
After glancing at Zhu Long, Suiren chuckled and explained, "Great God, you are unaware that there is a great horror within this Demon Realm that can even threaten The Three Pure Ones. If we were to enter, I fear we may never return."
"Is it that terrifying? How is that possible? Lord Taishang created Heaven and Earth; everything in the Three Realms was formed by him. Could there be anything within his creation that threatens him?" Zhu Long said, struggling to believe it.
"But you see, the Demon Realm wasn’t created by the Elder Lord," the Eastern King said with a smile.
At those words, Zhu Long was taken aback.
With the Demon Realm connected to the Three Realms by a passageway, everyone assumed it was also a creation of Lord Taishang.
Zhu Long thought so as well.
But Zhu Long had never considered the possibility that the Demon Realm wasn’t the work of Lord Taishang.
"At the end of the Primordial period, the Demon Realm unexpectedly connected with the Three Realms. At first, there were only some weak Demon People whose Cultivation Methods were similar to those of some Innate Demon Gods. Lord Taishang and others once joined forces to probe the realm, and they encountered a terrifying presence. After three days, The Three Pure Ones barely emerged, drenched in blood. Very few know of this, so it’s normal for a great God like yourself to be unaware," the Eastern King explained, still smiling.
Even Suiren’s gaze towards the Eastern King shifted.
What the Eastern King spoke of was truly known by very few; even Suiren was unaware.
Yet, Suiren was curious about how the Eastern King came to know these things.
He wasn’t a participant in the events, so how could he be privy to such information?
However, Suiren didn’t press further. Everyone had their own secrets,
especially those of their caliber—powerful Gods and Demons. Their own secrets could mean the difference between life and death.
Casual inquiries could easily offend someone.
Suppressing the urge to ask, Suiren refrained from pursuing the topic further.
Zhu Long was also shocked and curious about how the Eastern King knew all this but ultimately refrained from asking.
However, in Zhu Long’s eyes, a mystique now enveloped the Eastern King.
Just like Tian Hao, Zhu Long wondered: How did the Eastern King come to know all this? What was his true identity?
