"He was the one who brought me here!" Li Yuan pointed at Li Quang.
"What the f**k Li Yuan!" Li Quang glared at his shameless cousin. He still hadn't recovered after what that bastard had made him hear and now this?
But nothing couldn't placate Li Shanguan who continued giving a death stare to her unruly son. Li Yuan broke into cold sweats.
"Li Yuan are these the manners I taught you?" Li Shanguan scolded him. She sounded truly angry.
"Mother but I..."
"And you!" Li Shanguan caught Li Quang who was in the middle of slipping away unnoticed from the room while Li Shanguaan was busy with Li Yuan. "Just let me tell your mother."
"But auntie honestly it was not me. It was he who brought me here. I didn't even know what was he planning to do." Li Quang was innocent.
"Why are you lying cousin? It was you who dragged me here with you despite my relentless refusals." Li Yuan said smoothly. No one could detect any lies or reluctance.
Li Quang was incredulous, "Li Yuan how can you be this shameless!"
"I'm not lying." Li Yuan shrugged. "Didn't you yourself say that my father asked you to check on them to see if my brother actually married her or was fooling us all?"
"I... What!?" Li Quang was taken aback. Then seconds later, he glanced at Li Shanguan who was now glowering at him.
"I didn't!" He cried out in panic. "I don't even know what he is talking about!"
"So it is your father behind it." Li Shanguan cracked her knuckles, "I think he didn't take my warning seriously when I nicely asked him not to mess with kids."
"Yes, mother you are right. You should teach him who's boss here." Li Yuan added fuel to the fire.
Li Shnaguan snapped at him.
"That doesn't mean I've forgotten what you two have done" She grabbed both Li Yuan and Li Quang by ears and dragged them out.
"Ow! Ow! Ow! Mother. That hurts!" Li Yuan cried. Be a little gentle."
"But I'm innocent. I didn't even know a thing." Li Quang cried out pitifully while being dragged out.
In the adjacent room.
"How did you know?" Chen Yi who amazed.
"Of course because I'm smart." Li Luxian was standing by the wall. He winked at Chen Yi and turned off the voices recorded in his cell. "As I said before, my father is a shrewd man. But this time I'm sure this will end his suspicion once and for all."
The room was messed up after their fight. Everything was broken or not present at its original spot. The once impeccable wedding room now looked like some teenagers had a wild party in it.
"But how did you get my voice?" Chen Yi was intrigued.
"Never underestimate modern technology."
Chen Yi's lips curled up; she chuckled lightly: "Ah! Li Luxian! Faster! Touch me there!... Seriously?" She laughed loudly. "Do you think anyone is going to believe it?"
"Those are the exact words a woman would say being with me." Li Luxian was serious, "So to make them believe that it is really me, it is the best choice of words."
"A very high opinion of ourselves. Haven't we?" Chen Yi teased him.
"Why? You doubt me?" Li Luxian narrowed his eyes at her mischievously. "How about we try it now and we will know if you say the same exact words or not."
Chen Yi rolled her eyes. He wouldn't leave a single chance to flirt with her.
"I would never doubt you, Mr. Li." Chen Yi sighed and fell back on the bed. She was tired after jumping like a monkies in the whole room with Li Luxian.
She felt the bed at her side sinking in. She turned to see Li Luxian lying by her side. Her heart leaped. She bit her lips nervously.
"I'll go to the couch" She proceeded to get up but Li Luxian pulled her back making her lie down by his side.
"Don't go." Li Luxian dark eyes stared deeply into hers.
"But..."
"We are a married couple. There is nothing wrong with sharing a bed." Li Luxian reason. His eyes resembled that of a child asking for candy as he tried to make her stay by this side.
Inwardly he was thinking. 'How am I supposed to make a move on you if you move to the couch?'
"But I'm afraid I'll make you uncomfortable." Chen Yi told him truthfully. She had a bad habit of moving, kicking and knocking the person who slept by her side off the bed while sleeping.
"Of course by only lying by your side and doing nothing more to you will make me uncomfortable." Li Luxian lips curled up.
"Can you stop for once?"
"Not with you"
"You are not getting anything tonight." Chen Yi laughed, bursting his bubble.
Li Luxian sighed, feeling dejected.
"Not even a kiss?" Li Luxian was not ready to give up so easily without anything.
Chen Yi was silent. Her heart accelerated when her eyes fell on his lips that were slightly tilted up.
"Well..." Chen Yi felt to say it herself.
Li Luxian laughed and pushed her down, pinning her under him and stared at her with hungry eyes.
