When the truth of his words sunk in, Chen Yi was stunned at the man's shameless. Despite acute carefulness, he still had managed to entrap her in his wordplay. Before she could lash at him, he quickly proposed his next term.
"Now I say, if you take responsibility, it will increase your chance of winning the argument."
Chen Yi paused. Surely, she was angry at the man under her. But anyway, as long as there was a chance to persuade him. After all, she was the one who had a request. It was only fair if she lowered herself and went by his wishes.
But, soon, there was a strange dilemma she caught herself into.
"But...what I am supposed to do?" She innocently asked.
Li Luxian simply pointed at the product of his boldness. "Take care of it."
Chen Yi glanced down at the bulge, that, despite time, had shown no signs of deflating. She was stunned. In an utterly confused state, she stuttered. "H-How?"
After a pause of surprised silence, a low chuckle came from Li Luxian. But there was an edge of darkness in his chuckle this time. The darkness that represented impatience. "You don't know how?" His lips tilted in a taunt. "The display of your boldness had really got me believing that you might know. My dear wife, if you were really such a timid little lamb, you should not have jumped into Lion's den."
Chen Yi was prickled at his words. "I was just surprised, alright. I know what to do!"
Li Luxian placed his temple over his palm while resting his elbow at the armrest. With a languid smile, he said. "Then prove it." Simple as it was.
Chen Yi realized she had been forced into a corner. Nevertheless, gritting her teeth and glaring furiously at the bulge she was supposed to take care of, she seethed.
"Fine."
She forced herself to think about what was she supposed to do next. The novel she had read only involved kissing and sensual touches. Other than that, she really had no idea. Nevertheless, she decided to make use of whatever little knowledge she had.
Getting her hands to his shirt, she slowly began to unbutton him.
