Life with Creation Power Chapter 2

Year, 1998

A hundred years had passed since that day—the rain of meteors—what many now call the turning point for Earth. That moment reshaped the entire world, changing it all for once and transforming the ordinary into something never seen before.

Somewhere, in a dimly lit room that resembled an old traditional Japanese space, a man sat in silence. His eyes were closed, his posture still. Draped in a golden haori, his long golden hair flowed freely behind him. One of his arms was missing, yet he remained unmoving, shrouded in complete silence.

That peace didn’t last long.

From beyond the room, sounds began to stir.

CREAK

The door slid open, and two breathtaking women stepped inside. Their beauty was unearthly—flawless in every way, with bodies seemingly sculpted to perfection.

The first woman had pure black hair and wore a sleek black dress. Her golden eyes shimmered even in the low light. In her hand, she held a staff: the lower half a light green, the upper end crowned with a glowing golden circle.

The second woman was equally stunning. Her hair was snow-white, and her dress a mix of black and white—designed clearly for battle. Her crimson red eyes glowed ominously in the dimness, and in her hand, she carried an unusual sword—sheatheless and appearing to be made from green crystal.

As they entered, their gazes were immediately drawn to the center of the room.

There, the man with golden hair still sat, eyes closed, motionless—completely unbothered by their arrival. The women stood quietly, uncertain of how to break the silence, until the white-haired one stepped forward with a sigh.

"Second Brother, come on! How long are you going to just sit there? You know we’re here, so open your eyes and get up already. We’ve got to move!" she said, her tone impatient, one hand on her hip like she’d already had enough—even though barely five seconds had passed.

"Fourth Sis, seriously... you’re so restless. Can’t you give Second Brother at least a moment to gather his thoughts?" said the black-haired woman, tilting her head with a soft smile.

"Nope, I can’t. And you know exactly why, Third Sis," Fourth Sister replied, flatly.

That shut Third Sister up immediately.

"Haaa..," A long sigh escaped from the golden-haired man.

He opened his eyes—golden, like Third Sister’s—but his gaze carried a weight hers didn’t. His were intense, filled with fury, while hers felt calm and kind.

"As always, Fourth Sis... you’re full of energy," he said as he slowly rose to his feet, revealing his massive, imposing frame.

"And," he continued, "since you’re both here, I take it you’ve handled things with your clans?"

"Indeed," said Fourth Sister. "We’ve not only handled our duties, but we also passed down our bloodline and legacy. Unlike someone I know who mated with a random mortal, we chose to pass our bloodline through the use of blood rather than mating to the best of mortals to inherit our power—and trained them properly," she said with a smirk.

"Well, Fourth Sis, it’s not my fault that even after a hundred years on this planet, you two still haven’t gotten used to its people and still don’t like them," he said, shaking his head with a sigh.

This time, Third Sister stepped in.

"It’s not that we hate them, Third Brother. We just have standards—unlike you," she said, her expression shifting to one of visible disgust.

And this time, he didn’t retort back. Because she was right.

After all, he never really cared about race or species. As long as it was a woman—human, beast, or anything in between—he would do it.

"Ahem," He cleared his throat, trying to change the subject.

"Anyway... let’s move. We don’t have much time. Who knows what that monster will do if we’re late. He’s been releasing his full presence already."

That snapped both sisters back to seriousness.

They knew he was right.

Their playful banter faded. They had more urgent matters to handle.

After a short walk through the house, the three stepped into the front yard. There, a group of people stood—about fifty or sixty in total. Half were women, the rest a mix of men and children.

"Husband..." all women whispered softly in sync, all their eyes fixed on the Second Brother. Behind him,

Third and Fourth Sister stood in silence, allowing him a moment with them.

But he didn’t speak much. He simply turned away, gave a nod, and said two words:

"Take care."

Then he walked on, both sisters following behind.

Once they were beyond the gate, he asked, "What about the others? Where are they?"

"They’re already on their way to the location," Fourth Sister answered.

"I see... then we should get going too," he said, his eyes rising to the sky—which was slowly darkening as night approached.

BOOM.

In an instant, all three vanished in a burst of wind and dust, disappearing without a trace.

-----------

Elsewhere...

On the edge of a distant mountain cliff, a man sat alone, gazing into the sunset. His crimson eyes were locked on the horizon. A cloak wrapped around his body, hiding his features, leaving only his glowing eyes visible.

"They’re all on their way," he said softly.

No one was around.

It was as if he was talking to himself.

"Everything’s going exactly according to plan," he added—and then he laughed.

Loudly. Manically.
