These mechanical components and electronic circuits, incredibly complex and exquisite, would take enormous effort to troubleshoot even if just one part was damaged.
If the machines located in other regions were damaged, the main brain could assist in repairing them.
But if humanity’s most powerful computational ’Deep Sea’ itself was destroyed, what could be done?
Gu Changzhi posed a question Gu Shen had never expected: "Do you think, with ’Deep Sea’ reaching this level now, is it technology, or... something else?"
Gu Shen looked up bewildered.
’Deep Sea’ connected nearly ten billion citizens, countless Transcendents across five continents, provided the ’deep water area,’ as well as a complete system of Extraordinary Cultivation, collecting the most up-to-date and comprehensive Transcendent Genealogy Map... Was such an existence really something human technology could achieve?
"I saw ’Deep Sea’s’ prototype machine in Turing’s lab; it looked nothing more than a crude electronic component board, but what it contained was not ’technology’, but ’Divine Miracle’."
Gu Changzhi said hauntingly: "’Deep Sea’s’ prototype machine was born in the Gospel Box. In other words, it cannot be destroyed, cannot be eradicated. Even if all the ’sparks’ were separated from the Gospel Box, reducing its power to the lowest, it would still not be harmed. You can’t do it, and neither can I."
"That large cluster of machines in Central Continent does nothing but link human technology, machinery, in the form of code with the Gospel Box. The experiments conducted by Turing were to use ancient scripts, form effective conversions, draw limitless power from the Gospel Box... transforming it into computational power to develop an unprecedented super AI."
Gu Changzhi looked at Gu Shen and said something truly despair-inducing.
"Even... if you could destroy Central Continent, you couldn’t destroy ’Deep Sea’."
