"I had an amazing time," Alise said softly.

Without warning, Alise leaned in, her lips brushing against his in a gentle kiss. She pulled back, cheeks flushed, and quickly retreated into her house, leaving a stunned yet elated Ethan standing alone.
Back in his apartment, Ethan reflected on the day's events, a smile playing on his lips. His phone buzzed—a message from Alise:
Alise: "Today was perfect. Sweet dreams."
He replied, his heart full:
Ethan: "Sweet dreams, Alise."
