Jackson pushed the door open, "Captain, FBI Agent Alfie Imma is here."
"I know, have her wait outside."
"Understood." Jackson closed the door to the ward again.
The FBI's arrival was timely, Luke could use them to pressure Ramon Borego.
"Hey, Ramon, who instructed you to plant the bomb in the package?"
"A high-ranking member of the Bossita Gang."
"How old is he, and where is he now?"
"He's around forty, in Mexico."
"How did you communicate?"
"We used disposable prepaid cell phones. After I delivered the bomb, I completed the task and threw the phone into the sea."
"Do you know Carlos?"
"Yes. He was always undercover near Natasha, providing information to the Bossita Gang."
"Did Carlos know you were going to deliver the bomb?"
"No, we operated on separate lines."
"Why didn't you let Carlos handle it?"
Ramon Borego explained, "Although Carlos could have killed Natasha, he couldn't have implicated the Gonsede Gang in this case.
Using the Gonsede Gang's drug trafficking network to kill Natasha was most suitable, it was a double win and most beneficial for our gang."
Luke stared at him, his voice cold, "You know what? I hate being lied to."
"I'm not lying, everything I'm telling you is true."
"True or false, you know in your heart. I'm asking one last time, who instructed you to deliver the bomb?
If you are lying, I will hand you over to the FBI."
Ramon Borego said, "I'm not lying, everything I'm telling you is true."
Luke stood up, poised to leave, "Then you can repeat it to the FBI.
They are not as easy to talk to as the Los Angeles police.
Luckily for you, this is a hospital, and you can get treatment right here."

"Then tell me, who is the real mastermind?"
"I've told you, it was the high-ranking Motove Santos from the Bossita Gang." Ramon Borego still stuck to his story.

Alfie Imma was standing not far away in the corridor and approached him, asking, "Captain Lee, I heard you caught the suspect who delivered the bomb."
"He claims to be from the Bossita Gang, acting under the orders of the high-ranking Motove Santos. Have you heard of him?"
Alfie Imma thought for a moment, "He's one of the founders of the Bossita Gang, but he has always operated from abroad, and hasn't been active in Los Angeles.

Luke said, "Ramon Borego insists that Motove Santos is the mastermind, but I feel he's lying."
"Then who do you think is the mastermind?"

Alfie Imma countered, "What about the DNA results?"
"The police found a woman's long hair on the comb in Natasha's house bathroom, and it matched perfectly with the DNA at the explosion site."
"Then what's there to doubt?"
"There was a burglary at Natasha's house before the police searched it. Think about it, if the suspects could break into Natasha's house to steal, they could also replace Natasha's hair."
Alfie Imma speculated, "You suspect this explosion case was staged?"

"Natasha's foster parents have kept a room for her in their house. I plan to apply for a search warrant to look for DNA samples in Natasha's parents' house."

I'll handle the interrogation of the bombing suspect."
Luke glanced at his watch, "The judge has already left for the day, we'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Ramon Borego breathed a sigh of relief, "Why didn't you get here in time, you said you would protect me?"
