Quentin Hagsk leaned against the car, smoking a cigarette, occasionally glancing around, his face showing impatience.
"Thud, thud..." A comrade hiding in the car knocked on the window and pointed at his watch, "Quentin, wasn't it supposed to be at 9 o'clock? It's already 9:10."
"I called him on his cell, he didn't answer. Let's wait another ten minutes; if that bastard gets too scared, we'll head to the bar." Quentin Hagsk was also getting restless, having arrived at 8:40 to set up the stakeout, and had already been waiting for half an hour.

Luke walked over grinning, "Sorry, I'm late."
"I can definitely feel it, your calves are shaking—that's why you're late?" Quentin Hagsk sneered disdainfully.
"Quentin, there's no need to be so harsh. Things from the past are over; how about we get along?"
Quentin Hagsk let out a cold laugh, thinking of the last time Luke had tormented him. He was filled with anger; how could he possibly get along with Luke, especially when Luke was acting so nonchalant, infuriating him even more?
"Pfft!" Quentin Hagsk spat on the ground, "Eat that, and then we can get along just fine."
Luke shrugged, "Then there's nothing to talk about."
"I came here not to negotiate but to beat you up, to pay back double for what you did to me."
Luke said, "You sure you can handle me?"
"Of course, you're nothing but dog shit. If you hadn't had a gun that day, you wouldn't stand a chance against me." Saying this, Quentin Hagsk clapped his hands and the door of the black sedan opened; two black men stepped out.
"You brought others as well?"
Quentin Hagsk lifted his shirt with his left hand to reveal the pistol tucked in his waistband, then pointed at Luke with his right index finger, "Three men, three guns, you're dead meat."
Meanwhile, the two black men also lifted their shirts, showing off two black pistols.
The one wearing a gold chain scolded, "Hey, white pig, I've been waiting for you for a long time, get over here quick."
"Are you talking to me?"
"Besides you, do you see any other white pigs here?"
Luke stepped forward and also lifted his leather jacket.
"Hehe, don't move, we have three guns, if you dare to pull a gun, you'll instantly have three more holes in your body," Quentin Hagsk threatened.

Luke looked at the piercing-wearing black man, "You want to assault an officer?"
"nonono, I'm just here for a walk."
"Is that so? I thought you were hired thugs brought by Quentin Hagsk."
"nonono, we don't know him, just passing by." The man with the gold chain glanced at Quentin Hagsk with hate in his eyes.
Stupid to provoke anyone, yet provoked a cop?
Luke tilted his head slightly, "Scram!"
The two black helpers, as if granted amnesty, turned and ran without even glancing back at Quentin Hagsk.
At this moment, Quentin Hagsk was stunned, asking, "Are you really a cop? That badge isn't fake, is it?"
Luke pulled out a handgun from his pocket, "Lie down on the car!"
"Fuck! Not again! I refuse to turn around; you're going to attack me from behind."
"If you refuse to comply with the police, that's resisting arrest. If you resist, that's assaulting an officer.
I know you've got a gun, so I have every right to shoot. If you don't want to die, do as I say."
"Are you really a cop?" Quentin Hagsk was still skeptical.
"You want to try it?"
"Damn it! You bastards are lawless."
"Hands on the car!" Luke said and patted him down, finding a handgun on him.
"There's your evidence of assaulting an officer."
"I didn't, I have a legal gun permit."
Quentin Hagsk showed a look of rage and helplessness, "What exactly do you want?"
