288 The Ginger Soup
Ji Lingchen then asked his nephew, “Xiaowen, your aunt…”
“I don’t know anything. I drank too much and I lost my memory. I don’t remember anything,” Ji Wen immediately said.

After Fang Xiaonuan finished her meal, she looked at the bowl of unpalatable ginger soup and frowned. “There’s an old saying that claims carrots are for winter and ginger is for summer. It’s winter now, so I can’t drink ginger soup. I want to drink carrot juice!”
