"I just arrived in Jiang City and haven’t had time to hire a driver yet. Just now, my uncle sent someone from the military district to drive me here."
"Mo Ting?" Shi Yu glanced at her nonchalantly, as if it were a matter irrelevant to him.
With a smile on her face, Mo Qingxin said, "Yes, Admiral Mo from Mo Ting is my uncle, Mr. Shi must be well acquainted with him, right?"
Even knowing her uncle was an admiral, Shi Yu remained indifferent.
The others sitting nearby started to perk up their ears, intentionally or unintentionally.

Those who had been intending to strike up a conversation with her later began to hesitate, weighing whether they were significant enough to speak to Mo Qingxin.
Shi Yu and Qin Jin, however, seemed indifferent.
"I wonder what Admiral Mo would think if he heard his niece talking about him like that," Qin Jin said as he drew a cigarette from the pack and slid it across his clean chin, finally looking serious, "It’s quite late, Miss Mo shouldn’t disturb Admiral Mo’s rest. I’ll have someone send you back."
Mo Qingxin shook her head, "No need to trouble you, I’ll head back to Imperial 19 soon. There should be someone heading in the same direction."
"There definitely is. If not, Miss Mo, you could simply offer one of your treasured bottles of wine, and you’d easily secure a ride from outside," someone joked.
"Using fine wine to barter for those cars would not be worthwhile for me. Of the many cars outside, only the red sports car catches my eye."
Qin Jin pulled out a cigarette from the pack, put it to his lips, and lit it, "That car belongs to sister-in-law."
Mo Qingxin turned to Shen Cheng and blurred the smile by her lips, "Black evening dress, red sports car, indeed a great match."
Shen Cheng merely hummed faintly, with no intention of engaging in further conversation with her.
Shi Yu glanced at her and then took her hand, leading her towards the exit of the venue.
When the group came outside, the sky was filled with stars.
Shi Yu, holding Shen Cheng’s hand in one and the other pocketed in his pants, wore a handcrafted black shirt, with a few buttons undone exposing his bronzed skin, casual yet captivating.
Alongside him, Shen Cheng in a black cocktail dress, wrapped around her graceful figure, revealing just enough to be subtly sexy.
Qin Jin had his driver pull up the car, Mo Qingxin politely thanked them and, after greeting Shi Yu and Shen Cheng, got into the vehicle.
From beginning to end, Shi Yu paid no mind to her coming and going.
He opened the car door, watched Shen Cheng get in, then bent over to fasten her seatbelt himself.
As soon as Shen Cheng lifted her head, he kissed her.
