At the foot of a not-so-tall mountain, a slender figure chopped branches from trees, preparing to take them back for firewood. Not far behind, a heavily pregnant woman waddled over, carrying a basket.
Qin Qin watched Mo Yunchen, wearing an expensive short-sleeved shirt, doing the work of a farmer, and couldn’t help but laugh.
Sweat dripped from his forehead, his muscular arms prominent, strong and robust; the stunningly exquisite side of his face, with phoenix-like eyes deep as ink, and beautiful, well-shaped thin lips.
He was chopping wood, but he didn’t seem rough or crude at all—on the contrary, there was an air of nobility about him.
Mo Yunchen put down the chopping knife, turned around with a slight frown, and came over, not seeming to approve.
"You looked tired from working, so I brought some water for you, have a sip."

She took a porcelain bowl out of the basket and handed it to Mo Yunchen, who drank it all in one gulp. His adam’s apple bobbed, and a drop of water glided down from his chin along his neck, carrying an indescribable temptation.

When Mo Yunchen finished drinking and met Qin Qin’s infatuated gaze, he wore a bewitching smile, leaned forward, and kissed her tender lips, "It seems my Qinqin loves me too much; you’re completely mesmerized."
"Nonsense." She glared at him affectionately, pushing him away and took out a handkerchief to wipe the sweat off him, "This should be enough firewood; let’s go back."
Mo Yunchen nodded, bundled the firewood onto his back, and took Qin Qin’s hand as they slowly walked towards home.
"Who could guess you’re Mo Yunchen looking ?" She’s all but a country folk, yet still bearing a fine air about him.

Once they returned home, Qin Qin wanted to heat water for Mo Yunchen to bathe, but he pulled her to sit down, then went to the kitchen to boil water for a bath in the simple adjoining bathroom.
This place was not like Jingdu City. He had frowned slightly when bathing the day before as he was not accustomed to it, but today he seemed as if he’d been living this way for years.
After Mo Yunchen bathed, Qin Qin took out chilled watermelon from her space, cut it up, and placed it on the table. Her space had an ice mountain, so things could be kept cool and refreshing.
"Stop busying yourself; weren’t you supposed to rest properly?"
Mo Yunchen pulled Qin Qin to sit down, looking at her with dissatisfaction, "Let me handle things, you need to rest properly."

After the meal, and as the sun was about to set, Qin Qin was embraced by Mo Yunchen as they walked toward the village, with Mo Yunchen holding the fruits Qin Qin had prepared.
Xiao Li and the other kids spotted Qin Qin from afar and ran up to her smiling, "Sister Qin, Sister Qin, you finally came."
Qin Qin nodded with a smile, "Hmm!"
Xiao Li and about a dozen other children looked at Mo Yunchen, who had his arms around Qin Qin.
"Sister Qin, who is he, and why is he holding you?"
Qin Qin smiled coyly, glanced up at Mo Yunchen, then said to the dozen children, "This is my husband, you can call him..."
Xiao Li and the children shouted loudly, leaving Mo Yunchen’s brows tightly furrowed; they called his wife ’sister’ but him ’uncle’?
Qin Qin chuckled softly, telling Xiao Li with a hand over her mouth, "You can call him ’brother’; otherwise, he’ll be unhappy."
Mo Yunchen glanced at Qin Qin, a hint of dissatisfaction in his eyes. Since when had she seen him unhappy?
"But... but he looks like an uncle, right?" a little girl, around seven or eight years old, standing next to Xiao Li, said softly.
"If he’s like an uncle, then wouldn’t I be like..." Qin Qin hadn’t finished speaking when Mo Yunchen’s hand tightened around hers.
"Sister Qin is Sister Qin, then... we’ll just call him ’brother,’" Xiao Li murmured.
Mo Yunchen smiled, watching the innocent group of children as Qin Qin suggested he distribute the fruits in the basket to these lovely kids.
Mo Yunchen handed out the items from the basket to the children; they thanked him effusively, happily munching on the fruits, saying Sister Qin’s fruits really were too delicious.
