Not allowing herself to overthink, Su Qing accompanied Feng Bai on a casual stroll within the space until they were tired.
Two days, a whole two days without any news from Feng Bai, as if he had completely vanished.

He didn’t blame his mother, only himself for not protecting her well enough, leaving her without a trace even now.
"Jingmo, Aunt Li is also doing this for your own good, isn’t she? Why should you get angry at Aunt Li over a woman?"
Loo Ziman stepped forward and softly spoke to Li Jingmo. He turned his head, and his gaze coldly shot toward Loo Ziman, startling her and chilling her heart. This was the first time Li Jingmo had ever treated her this way, so cold over a woman he hadn’t known for long.
"Jingmo, if she has left, then she has left. From now on, you’ll be with Ziman. Ziman’s mother is very pleased with that."

After the shop owner spoke, his group of companions, some wielding chairs, others sticks, started to vigorously beat on Li Jingmo’s car.
Someone opened the car door from the inside, and the assailants stepped back, watching as Li Jingmo emerged, his tall, lean frame exuding a powerful aura that made everyone’s expression change.
This man was clearly not someone they wanted to mess with.
But the shop owner didn’t care about that; his shop had been smashed, and he naturally had to hold Li Jingmo accountable.
