The little guy is eating too much, which isn’t good.
"So it was Chuer who ate too much, Chuer won’t eat this much again."
After eating a lot of food at Aunt Lu’s house in the afternoon, and yet more in the evening, now having eaten a bunch of grapes, that’s why the pain started.
"It’s good that you understand, you can’t eat again in the future, or it will hurt again, understand?"
Mo Yuchu nodded and obediently said, "Chuer understands, Chuer will be careful."
Mo Yuyan watched from the side, enviously staring as her sister was held in Su Qing’s embrace.
"Sister’s hands are so warm."
Mo Yuchu leaned into Su Qing’s arms, feeling her soothing hand rubbing her belly, and closed her eyes in enjoyment.
Su Qing shook her head with a chuckle, her gaze turning to Mo Yuyan who was staring at them, she reached out her hand to embrace Mo Yuyan. Mo Yuyan happily nestled into her embrace, and then the two little ones took their places on Su Qing’s legs, one on each side, held in her arms.
Xiao Bai, having finished the grapes, quietly stayed at Su Qing’s feet.
Steward Wei finished everything and came out of the main villa, seeing the two servants supposed to be looking after Mo Yuchu and Mo Yuyan actually sitting and chatting, he frowned deeply, "Where are the young master and young miss, and you’re actually chatting here?!"
The two servants stood up in fear, one of them saying, "Steward Wei, it’s the young miss who wouldn’t let us follow, the young miss and young master are inside the pavilion chatting with Lee Yue."
The servant pointed towards the pavilion, Steward Wei followed the direction of the servant’s finger and saw Su Qing holding Mo Yuchu and Mo Yuyan in her arms, both of them obediently letting Su Qing hold them and chatting happily, with Xiao Bai lying quietly at Su Qing’s feet, watching the three converse.
Everything seemed harmonious and beautiful, as though it should be this way, giving everyone the feeling akin to a mother holding and playing with her children,
Steward Wei kept watching, her gaze fixed on Su Qing’s silhouette, her expression slightly bewildered.
The silhouette of ’Lee Yue’ really resembled the lady of the house, even those eyes were almost identical to the lady’s, had she recently been missing the lady too much? To the point she thought of the lady upon seeing a servant.
"Madam!" Steward Wei murmured softly to herself, the two servants glanced at each other, not understanding why Steward Wei would suddenly mention ’madam’.
"Steward Wei, Master Mo has returned."
One servant informed Steward Wei, who then snapped out of her thoughts and strode forward, Master Mo had returned and would surely want to see the young miss and the young master.
Hearing footsteps, Su Qing looked behind her to see Steward Wei approaching, she put down Mo Yuchu and Mo Yuyan, "Steward Wei is here, you should quickly go back."
Mo Yuyan and Mo Yuchu looked at Steward Wei, pouting their lips.
"Chuer, Yanyan, go back with Grandma Wei now, Master Mo has returned."
"Dad is back." Mo Yuchu’s previously unhappy expression brightened with a smile, and she ran up to grab Steward Wei’s hand.
Mo Yuyan looked at Su Qing and whispered to her, "Sister, Yanyan will go back first."
Su Qing nodded, and Mo Yuchu released Steward Wei’s hand, ran towards Su Qing, "Sister, Chuer and brother are going to see dad now."
That person had returned, and the two little ones also wanted to see him.
Mo Yuyan and Mo Yuchu took one last look at Su Qing, reluctantly running away.
Steward Wei stood in place, looking at Su Qing, "Lee Yue, right? You should leave the villa tomorrow."
Chuer and Yanyan absolutely must not be so close to a servant, so she must make this girl leave.
Su Qing stared at Steward Wei, well aware of her intentions, she said nothing but nodded, "Alright."
After all, she was leaving tomorrow anyway, no need to stay any longer, but those two little ones would surely be reluctant and unhappy to know she was leaving.
Steward Wei, looking at Su Qing, seemed to struggle slightly before saying, "You should know, you’re not someone who can climb up to the young master’s and young miss’s status, so... take a few extra months of salary before leaving tomorrow."
After finishing, Steward Wei walked ahead.
Behind her, Su Qing watched as Steward Wei left, was about to turn around when she heard whimpering at her feet, she looked down in surprise to see Xiao Bai clutching her leg. She thought this little guy should have left with the others and didn’t expect it to still be here.
"You’re not leaving yet?" Su Qing looked down at Xiao Bai.
Xiao Bai whimpered, shaking his head; he wanted to follow her, he didn’t want to leave.
Surprised, Su Qing stared at Xiao Bai shaking his head, "You can actually understand what I’m saying? You’ve become smart!"
