Ruan Qiuqiu only wished that she could turn the two bats in her hands into two swords so she could chop the two pig demons into halves.
Tried as she might she was only able to toss the bat gently out of the cave. She, too, had collapsed onto the ground and, gradually, she was about to turn completely transparent.
“Ahem….” Young Mr. Grey Wolf coughed a couple of times and he struggled to open his eyes. He wanted to reach his hand out and touched Ruan Qiuqiu, who was gradually becoming transparent.
Nevertheless, time and again, let it be his hand or the herb that he had gone through great difficult to obtain, would go right through her.
Warm tears poured out of young Mr. Grey Wolf’s eyes and one drop after another, they fell onto the ground. He looked to be very heart broken.
He made Ruan Qiuqiu felt that she was about to die.
When, in reality, she was about to see him in real life soon.
Choking back his tears, young Mr. Grey Wolf struggled to sit up and held onto her hand. As though summoning up all of his courage, he said to her, “Wu… Wolf, wants to give Qiuqiu a kiss.”
“Mmhmm. Mmhmm.” Ruan Qiuqiu picked up her only remaining right hand and fumbled until she could feel his wet eye.
Young Mr. Grey Wolf bit down hard on his lip and tears continued to stream.
Ruan Qiuqiu nodded forcefully but her mask fell off.
She could see her own image clearly in his eyes. She looked exactly the same as when she was a child.
With a gentle kiss on her eyelash, Ruan Qiuqiu’s vision was blurred and a strong force around her trying to bring her back to reality.
In her eyes, young Mr. Grey Wolf seemed to have woken up from a dream. He had beaten off those terrible pig demons then, with the animal skin that they had used on his back, travelled around the continent. He had picked up the red sculpture made by the Sand Tribe and defeated the strongest warrior of the Tiger Trible.
He had been through desert and icebergs and the only thing that never changed was that he was alone the entire time.
Young Mr. Grey Wolf, with water droplets on his eyelashes, had grew up bit by bit.

Ruan Qiuqiu had regained her consciousness suddenly. As she slowly opened up her eyes, what she saw was blinding light.
Tears rolled down from the corner of her eyes and, she had yet to recollect herself, when she felt her hand being taken into a warm, almost burning hot, large hand.
With her palm held, Ruan Qiuqiu felt that both her palm and her forehead was sweaty.
She turned her head slightly and saw, not far from her, Yue Jue’s black, long eyelashes with water on them.
He seemed to have recovered a lot and all the black spots on his face had disappeared altogether. The fiend marks that had spread all the way to his neck were also all gone. With the exception of the slightly vicious-looking scar on Big Mr. Grey Wolf’s forehead, all of the other lesions had recovered.
Through her blurry vision, Ruan Qiuqiu got a good look of big Mr. Gray Wolf’s pretty face. It was every bit as delicate and pretty as young Mr. Grey Wolf’s except the outline was more defined.
That little wolf was all grown up.
Recalling young Mr. Grey Wolf losing half of his tail in the memory world, Ruan Qiuqiu stirred and reached out her other hand to feel around under the animal skin.
She quickly located a big fuzzy tail that was waving slightly.
“It’s still here…” Ruan Qiuqiu blinked and gently stroke big Mr. Gray Wolf’s large and fuzzy tail.
She had no idea why she did it but, even knowing that Yue Jue wouldn’t be able to hear her, said through her broken voice, “Silly wolf, don’t even exchange for medicinal herbs with your tail again.
“If you are bullied by other demons, you must fight back…” Ruan Qiuqiu bit down on her lip and, feeling the warmth coming from the wolf, she felt her heart touched by a sense of warmth.
