Julian kept his distance, but this kind of fighting style didn't suit him and even made his martial soul show signs of cracking.

Julia looked at his handsome self and wondered what he was doing.

The voice boomed into Julian's ears, and despite Edwin's constant attacks heading in his way, he still took time to look towards Kiernan with a quizzical expression.
It was almost like he was asking with his expression, "What is it?"
Julian frowned with a puzzled look on his face, and with Sharpening Edge, he parried Edwin's constant attempts to touch him.
He made sure not to accidentally touch his hands and just parried his attacks by smacking his arms away.
The coach of Kanyon High heard it as well, and his eyes rounded up in a shock. He couldn't believe that their ploy had been discovered already!
'Kiernan found out that Edwin is actually using two types of poison. How? The first poison is acid poison, and the second poison is a paralyzing type of poison.
'The second poison is our trump card, as if Julian gets injected with it, the match is as good as over!'
Thorsten's lips quivered as he tried to stop a smile from rising to his face.
'Good! Not bad, Kiernan. It looks like you also have some brains in that head of yours. However, even if you know about the second poison, how can you defend against that?
'One touch and the game is over!'
While making sure that Edwin couldn't touch him, Julian kept thinking about Kiernan's words. He knew that he wouldn't say anything that didn't matter.

He took a quick glance at his burned chest, and then back at Edwin's hands.

Julian smirked and ripped his jersey off of him, now standing shirtless with his well-defined abs glistening in the dim light.
Through the audience, screams of young maidens filled the air.
Kiernan's eyes rounded up in approval as he realized what Julian was planning to do. It was something he would do as well!
Edwin's hands stretched out towards him, and as they were about to graze him in the face, Julian suddenly wrapped the ripped apart jersey around his hands, then tightened it into a makeshift handcuffs.
The ripped-apart jersey was now wrapped securely around Edwin's hands. He couldn't touch any skin because of the fabric wrapped around his hands.
The faces turned pale in Kanyon High's bench.
Julian grinned and struck Edwin in the face with a series of quick jabs.
THWACK! THWACK! THWACK!
Edwin stumbled back with a bloodied nose, and he quickly spat out the greenish blood from his mouth, but this time around, Julian was ready.
He jumped out of the way of the spraying blood and then drilled his elbow deep into Edwin's abdomen, sending him flying across the ring.
He smashed into the concrete ground, and then, after a round of pained breaths, he stood back up, and his face was twisted in painful agony.
Julian's attacks were so strong that his body was on the brink of collapse.
At that moment, Edwin ripped the jersey off his hands and threw it off the ring.
Julian had no fear and lunged forward with a fierce determination that surprised everyone watching.
Julian was already on the motion when he heard the motion, but as soon as his shoe landed on the ground, he heard the sound of sizzling flesh and turned to look down.
A pool of green blood was right under his boot. It melted straight through his shoe and began burning his foot.
Edwin smirked, and on his left hand, green blood trickled down his arm and left behind poisonous spots in the ground.
He did this intentionally!
He made a small cut on his left arm's shoulder so that the poisonous blood would leave small 'traps' on the ground.
No one noticed him doing that, not even Kiernan!
'I had a bad view from down here, so I couldn't tell that there were blood trails on the ground. However, how did Julian not notice that?'
Kiernan frowned deeply.
Julian jumped away from the poisonous pool of blood but noticed that his foot was badly burned. It hurt like hell!
