The chorus of beautiful voices echoed throughout the shop, and when the men outside the shop heard that, some of them almost fainted.
Eliza brought Aoi to the balcony floor of the tea shop, gave her a seat of solitude by the railing, and said,
“Enjoy the view while I bring you a cup of our finest flower tea!”
She said with a beautiful smile and headed back.
When Aoi looked back inside the shop, she thought that she noticed every employee over there staring in her direction, but once she blinked, they were again minding their own business.
She thought to herself, and turned her head to the right, and felt the breezing wind, which came from over the mountains, touch her face.
At that moment, she saw a pigeon fly from over the houses, seeming to be heading right her way, but as the pigeon was about to land on the railing, it smashed into an invisible wall.
The pigeon fell to the ground.
Aoi touched the invisible wall, and as her hand touched it, it cracked like a broken mirror, as if she were inside some kind of mirror world.
At that moment, the flowers on the table began to bloom, their petals unfurled, and took flight like a flock of butterflies.
The flying petals gathered above the seat across from Aoi, forming the silhouette of a figure, and then, the figure emerged from the petals.
She was a beautiful figure of voluptuous curves and a serene face. The pointy ears indicated that she was an elf.
It was as if she had stepped right out of a fairy tale, and she smelled of roses and sunshine. As if she were the embodiment of nature itself.
While sitting before her, even Aoi started to feel self-conscious about her own looks, and even though she was extremely beautiful by human standards, she couldn’t hold a candle to an elf’s beauty.
“Welcome to my tea shop, Faye. I am its owner, Evelyn Moritz, and I am also the head of the Lovely Flower Sect.”
Evelyn said with a smile, waved her hand, and a cup of tea appeared in her hand, as if by magic.
“What’s going on? Am I under your illusion?”
Aoi asked as she looked at the cracked mirror wall, and then Evelyn chuckled and waved her hand.
The mysterious mirror world shattered apart, and they were back inside the normal world.
“I apologize for my entrance. I just wanted to show you a hint of power that I, and my lovely sect members, possess.”
Evelyn said with a chuckle.
At that moment, Eliza brought the flower tea over to Aoi, and at the same time, Beatrice and Clara also came to the balcony and took their seats around the table.
“These are Beatrice, Clara, and Eliza, senior sisters of my sect, and they’ve fully accepted the Lady Amarelyn’s teachings.”
“Nice to meet you, Miss Abraham.”
Beatrice and Clara curtsied with their hands touching the skirts of their dresses, and they then sat back down.
“Why are you telling me all this?”
“I’ve taken a liking to you, and I’d like to offer an invitation for you to join my sect. I take very good care of my children, as I call them, and I can make you strong.”
Evelyn said with a beautiful smile.
“Sect…? I-I am sorry, but I don’t think I will be able to join. I am just going to be temporarily in Rodero.”
Aoi said with a troubled look.
She also didn’t know why, but there was some feeling of unease brewing in her stomach, and she could feel that this Lovely Flower Sect wasn’t what it seemed.
It felt more like a cult.

Aoi asked with a frown.
“Hehe~ With Lady Amarelyn’s guidance, we knew what we were supposed to do. Don’t you want to stay eternally young and beautiful?
“She made all that possible.
“If one does not become strong, they’ll just turn wrinkly, wither away, and die.”
Evelyn said with a frown, and then continued.
