Gu Jinpeng tried to reason out inside him. He seemed to forget that his cheek was swolen due to the pretty omega in front of him.
"You don’t have to be so fearful to me. I am only angry at the person who looked down on me and, at the same time, schemed something like that when we are still dealing with the bastards who messed up with my son and me," Shen Yuan made his voice gentler, but his unfeeling eyes remained unchanged.

"I-If you think you can make me speak by dipping my head in that drum, then think again," the assassin smugly said to Shen Yuan despite being still in pain. "Drowning? Fear of suffocation? I kill people for a living. That’s why I am not afraid of the feeling of dying. And I know that you need information from me, so you can’t really kill me."
Shen Yuan didn’t utter a word; instead, he emptied the drum’s contents on the assassin.
"You are right. Drowning only works on people who are afraid of dying. That’s why I am not going to do that." Shen Yuan smiled as he lowered himself.
"Do you know that the most painful way to die was burning? Some people refute that and say that it was, in fact, drowning because people are most likely to die first from carbon monoxide poisoning during the fire. But what if that poisoning is eliminated? Can you imagine how painful it was to burn all the sensory receptors in the body, eliciting hellish pain throughout the body?"
"Did you drench me so that you could use your power on me?!"
Shen Yuan just responded with a laugh.
"No. But what I am about to do is not that far from what you are expecting," Out of the blue, Shen Yuan punched the wall just beside a man. The concrete cracked, revealing the wiring hidden in the wall.
The assassin alpha male looked down and saw a wall outlet on this side.
This is the reason why this omega sent him flying in this direction!
"I don’t have time to bargain with you. I have a family waiting for me, you see?" Shen Yuan said, beaming. "Don’t worry, I will make sure not to kill you. I will show you what it feels like to have every pain receptor stimulated by electricity. To feel burned without actually burning."
He pulled the live wiring and placed it all the drenched man’s knees away from his fatal part, the heart.

The cries lasted for almost a minute, and then they disappeared for less than five minutes as if that short time was meant for resting.

Thirty minutes pass, and the man is on the verge of meeting the creator. The assassin has finally waved his white flag of surrender. Well, he did it minutes ago, to be more accurate. It was Shen Yuan who dragged it on until the assassin’s foot was dangling in the underworld.

With his dry and hoarse from all his woeful cries, the man spoke with great difficulty.
"I didn’t place much importance on the request to scare you, so I didn’t dive deeper into the client’s identity, but I managed to get the man’s IP address. It’s in my—"
"Stop talking as if you are going to die," Shen Yuan intercepted the man’s words. "Didn’t I tell you I will let you live? You will still live a long life of suffering. I will make sure of that."
