As Jiangli’s voice fell, the nanny walked over from not far away and called out, "The meal is almost ready. You can get ready to eat."
Jiangli paused, then turned back and said, "I know, I’ll be there shortly."
The nanny looked at Jiangli’s retreating back with some confusion. She thought she had heard Jiangli standing there, muttering to someone, but she couldn’t make out what was said.
Was she talking to the little boy next to her?
Wondering, the nanny took a step forward to come over.
Seeing her approach, Jiangli whispered quickly, "Liao Qianqian, remember my words. Don’t let yourself regret it later."
As soon as she finished speaking, she turned around, facing the oncoming nanny and said disdainfully, "The garden at your house is not nice at all. What’s with the jar of water placed there?"
The nanny hesitated, then forced a smile and said, "That’s the lady of the house’s idea. I’m just a nanny, I don’t know about these things. If Miss Jiang is interested, you can ask the lady about it later."
"What a lousy jar. I’m not interested," Jiangli curled her lip and said to Xia Xin next to her, "Let’s go, let’s go inside."
Xia Xin nodded, flashed an apologetic smile at the nanny, and followed Jiangli, quickly walking away.
The nanny looked at their disappearing figures, then leaned in to take a closer look at the Feng Shui Jar, but she couldn’t see any issues with it.
As she drew closer to the jar, she felt a chill.
"Does it need a water change?" mumbled the nanny, remembering that the lady always changed the water frequently; perhaps it made a difference.
The nanny didn’t think much of it and turned to leave.
Little did she know that she had just walked right through a spirit.
Liao Qianqian stood there.
Fu’er hadn’t left and, seeing her deep in thought, he reminded her, "Listen to the wisdom of our ancestors and do what you should. You won’t be at a loss."
Liao Qianqian pondered for a moment, then nodded slightly, "I understand. As long as she’s willing to avenge me and make Fu Yuxing pay, I’m willing to do anything!"
Fu’er said, "Then go ahead, I’ll be watching over you."
Clasping her hands, Liao Qianqian turned and drifted toward the Fu Family residence.
She seemed to have been here before and was quite familiar with the Fu Family.
Fu’er quietly followed behind her.
Jiangli and Xia Xin entered the Fu Family’s reception hall.
"Lili, come and sit," Fu Shiyan beckoned to her as he saw her, his tone as gentle as ever.
Jiangli’s face twitched almost imperceptibly. Her elder brother didn’t need to get into character this much.

Xia Xin was on the verge of bursting out laughing.

She sat down, looped her arm through Fu Shiyan’s, and acted sugary sweet to the point of being cloying.
Xia Xin got goosebumps from their antics.

Aside from Fu Yi, Fu Shiyan had an uncle Shi and uncle Lin.
Uncle Shi, Fu Song, and uncle Lin, Fu Lin, were both currently in H City. Fu Yi had just called them, inviting them to come over.
They were now on their way.
