Xia Xin had not yet taken his cell phone back from Jiangli when it rang again.
Without even looking, Jiangli answered the call with understanding, "So, how is it, Mr. Su, is there good news?"
"Abbot... I, I really can’t thank you enough! You’re truly miraculous!" Su Guoyu’s voice was choked with emotion, "I finally understand why it’s important to do good deeds."
Jiangli chuckled, "Doing good deeds and cultivating virtue can indeed accumulate blessings and improve luck. This is what Mr. Su deserves; there’s no need to thank anyone. If you must, you should thank yourself for valuing human life more than business."
Upon hearing this, Su Guoyu realized that Jiangli had predicted all of this, knowing even the smallest details.
