Chen Cheng, smiling, put down his phone, "Alright, and don’t talk about next time; I’ll transfer it to you right now."
"Are you serious? I was just joking with you."

Wen Shulin playfully glared at Chen Cheng, "What? You came to apologize to me early in the morning?"
"No, I just happened to be nearby. And since I hadn’t had breakfast yet, I thought about your place being free, so I brought Xiao Hai along for a meal."
Only then did Wen Shulin notice Chen Donghai not far away, "There’s too many coincidences. What’s up?"
"Did those three women in your garden find out something? You here to hide out?" Wen Shulin knowingly asked.
"Could that be?" Chen Cheng laughed, "It’s really just a coincidence."
He pointed out the window, "Just went next door to check out an office space, feels kind of unsuitable."
Wen Shulin followed his gaze towards the window, "Isn’t International Trade still okay?"
"It’s fine, but there’s only one floor."
Wen Shulin chuckled, "How many floors do you want then?"
Chen Cheng gestured downwards, "Something , an entire building."
Wen Shulin was initially startled, then burst out laughing, "Your appetite isn’t small, an entire building? You think you’re buying vegetables?"
Chen Cheng also laughed, "It’s for the future of Dili, after all. We need a decent office to recruit talents, to expand our operations."
Wen Shulin turned serious, looking at him intently, "Seriously, you want to lease an entire building?"
Chen Cheng nodded, "Yes. Renting works, purchasing could also be an option."
"That’s going to be a lot of money." Wen Shulin put down her knife and fork, becoming serious, "Your Dili has backers, sure, but they won’t provide financial aid."
"Money has never been a big issue." Chen Cheng said casually, "The issue is how to spend it impressively."
"You really going through with this?"
Chen Cheng spread his hands, "No turning back now."
Wen Shulin pondered for a moment, "Actually, I know a property, there’s one building constructed as a super 5A office. But it’s in Wangjing," she paused, gauging Chen Cheng’s reaction.
Chen Cheng didn’t look disheartened, but instead asked with interest, "Wangjing? Which property?"
Wen Shulin replied, "Green City Center. The building was originally planned for in-house use, but other strategic adjustments left it vacant. It hasn’t been leased publicly, they’re looking for a suitable buyer."
"Take me to see?" Chen Cheng asked, "Leave now?"
"Why are you in such a hurry?"
"The paperwork on Chu Qin’s side is waiting, and I don’t know when Mr. Jin is calling me for the last bond issuance."
Chen Cheng candidly said, "I just want to get Dili settled before leaving the capital, to have peace of mind on multiple fronts."
Wen Shulin pursed her lips, "Alright, I’ll give you a call."
"Then I’ll make a call too."
Chen Cheng took out his phone, "Someone you know. I always bring my sincerity to negotiations."
At ten past ten in the morning, Chen Cheng and Wen Shulin arrived on time at Wangjing Green City Center.
