Ning Fan looked at Xu Ruolan with a mixture of contempt and resignation, "Not to be rude, but do you really think I hit him out of jealousy?"
"Isn't it? You can't even own up to what you did?"
Xu Ruolan retorted hotly, almost making Ning Fan burst into laughter.
Just as Ning Fan was about to explain himself properly, the doorbell rang, and Xu Xiaoqing scurried to open the door.
"Ah, everyone is here, that's great!"
There stood Nangong Fu, dressed to the nines, exuding an extraordinary poise and elegance as he smiled and greeted everyone at the door.
