Ning Fan didn't know much about the Skull Guild.
This ancient organization, which had been passed down from the Medieval times, had grown to have an increasingly vast reach.
It was also the world's second-largest arms group, and it was said to have a grip on some technological products that could breed powerful mutants, war machines.
But the current members of the Skull Guild didn't have such entities among them.
From this, it could be seen that Harris's status wasn't particularly esteemed, although it was unclear why the Skull Guild would arrange for people to protect Harris, or if Harris himself was a member of the Skull Guild.
However, as it stood, even if Harris were a member of the Skull Guild, his status was certainly not high—only ordinary members were at his command.
So even now with Harris as a bargaining chip in Chen Fengnan's hands, he seemingly couldn't pose much of a threat to the surrounding members of the Skull Guild.
"If you don't back off, I will kill him right now!" Chen Fengnan looked around and realized that their group was completely surrounded.
If these guys didn't back off, they wouldn't be able to leave today no matter what.

Chen Fengnan nodded, glanced down at Harris, who he was still threatening, and his gaze suddenly turned frigid.
Chen Fengnan, though a top leader of a major financial consortium, was a businessman at heart, and he detested engaging in such underhanded deals in business.
You could ask for the moon in negotiations, and if the deal didn't work out, you simply walked away. But cheating in business was something Chen Fengnan scorned!
So, when Chen Fengnan himself became the target of such treachery, he was very angry—a fact evident from his particularly grim expression.
Chen Fengnan was smart, composed, experienced, and deeply strategic, and for someone like him to express his emotions so strongly was a clear indication that Harris had hit a nerve he wished not to be touched.
It seemed Harris too felt the killing intent emanating from Chen Fengnan behind him, and he grew even more afraid.
His face was pale and lips trembling as his color continued to fade from excessive blood loss.
The severed hand was still dripping blood; without prompt medical attention, Harris knew he would die from the blood loss.
"Boss Chen, don't kill me. I can assure you, if you spare me, today's incident will be forgotten. I can also continue to do business with you, and I'm sure to offer terms you'll find satisfactory," Harris said, trying to sound calm.
He hoped Chen Fengnan would understand his current predicament and had no choice but to extend this olive branch, offering such favorable terms.
He believed Chen Fengnan would agree, for even if Chen Fengnan killed Harris now, it seemed futile.
So many from the Skull Group had them surrounded, and because of Harris's presence, they hadn't done anything drastic—but if Harris died, Chen Fengnan and his group would be doomed too.
Therefore, Harris thought Chen Fengnan wouldn't kill him so easily.
Thinking this, Harris somehow felt inexplicably relaxed in this situation and patiently waited for Chen Fengnan's response after he spoke.
"What took you so long? I'm asking you, why did you do this?" Chen Fengnan snorted coldly, eyes fixed on the Skull Group's people around him to prevent them from attacking suddenly.
"You know, I'm a businessman, and the conditions you previously offered, you should understand, were too little. That amount of money, cooperating with you in such an elaborate way, wouldn't it be a loss? If I kidnapped you, I could instantly get as much money as I might not earn in ten years of working with you. Anyone would do the same," Harris explained, not daring to hold back anything from Chen Fengnan.
"But the price I offered you before had room for negotiation," Chen Fengnan continued.
Harris gave a bitter smile and said, "Don't you get it? That's far from enough. In the Amazon Jungle, no one can touch me. I know who you are, but what of it? Here, even if I killed you, nobody could do anything to me."
"And what if I killed you right here?" Chen Fengnan suddenly said coldly.
Harris's body jerked in fear, but then he forcibly calmed himself and said with a smile, "You won't kill me. Right now I'm your life-saving chip. Look around, can you escape?"
"This situation does make it extremely difficult to escape, but I want to try," Chen Fengnan replied unexpectedly, to Harris's surprise.
Harris grew nervous. He widened his eyes and began to plead earnestly again, "Don't do anything foolish. You should know if you kill me, you'll lose your leverage over them, and they'll attack you immediately. Under these circumstances, your chances of getting out of here are virtually zero!"
Chen Fengnan frowned slightly but said nothing. Harris was right; under these circumstances, getting away was going to be very difficult.
"So, stop this foolishness. You're already surrounded," Harris, thinking Chen Fengnan was afraid, became arrogant, with a sense of triumph and swagger.
It was ridiculous—under these conditions, he still managed to be arrogant. It was unclear on what basis this fool was commanding the Skull Guild's people.
Chen Fengnan remained silent, his mind racing.
"Just give up. If you release me now, I won't kill you. At most, I'll just break one hand each from your people," Harris became even more arrogant.
