Mu Fan drew out his alloy broadsword and swung it in front of him, quickly leaving nothing but a blurred afterimage of the great sword.

This statement quieted the cheering, as people began to realize it was the young man’s sudden assault that had fully exposed the Zeg.
After speaking, Luo Jianjin didn’t add anything else. His expression still held confusion because the Zeg Clan’s ambush forces seemed too monotypic – so much so that even as the cliff worms died in droves, not a single beetle had shown itself.
Mu Fan sheathed his alloy broadsword and walked up to Luo Jianjin, “What’s the matter, Captain Luo?”
Glancing at the steadfast young man beside him, Luo Jianjin had already come to regard Mu Fan as a true warrior.
“There’s something odd about this, the Zeg’s troop types are too singular this time.”
Mu Fan nodded in agreement, he had noticed as well.
“However, the detector has already made two rounds, and there are no other anomalies.”
“So, did these Zeg not lay an ambush at all, or… where are they hidden?”

A few Special Combat Team members nearby sucked in a breath of cold air upon hearing this, including Wolf, who displayed a cautious expression.
With just that brief command from Luo Jianjin, both understood what he meant and nodded in agreement.
While the nearby few were still curious, Deer pulled out a bizarrely designed, super-heavy rifle from the toolbox of the combat vehicle.
That muzzle could be called a cannon muzzle.

The black raven turned into a streak of light and shot straight into the force field.
When it made contact with the transparent force field, the entire black surface instantly turned into a dazzling silver-white, then flew straight forward at a height of two meters above the ground.
While operating the tactical tablet, Deer suddenly yelled out, “There’s an ambush underground!”
The transparent force field turned abruptly red, stretched into a rectangle, and then condensed into dozens of red dots!
This was the map of the area ahead, and at that moment, dozens of red dots emerged densely packed in the canyon about three hundred meters ahead.
“Boss, thirty-six lurkers!”
The blade of grass in Deer’s mouth dropped out.

“Move forward another three hundred meters for detection, then return to base and request a Zeg Clan detector from the Military Department.”
The order was given, and the team passed through the gorge without incident.
After releasing the so-called Raven again, they safely moved another three hundred meters into the stone forest.
Captain Luo Jianjin ordered everyone to return; the exploration was over.
