Even without being a jinchuriki, one could have monstrous chakra capacity and regen. With this seal, he won't have to worry about Naruko, Yugito, Fuu and Gaara losing their combat effectiveness.

Itsuki circled his arms around her waist and gave soft kisses on Mikoto's shoulder and neck showing his affection but she just ignored him.
" I wonder why my beautiful Nee-san is angry~ " Itsuki said innocently while gently kissing Mikoto's earlobes. Mikoto wasn't completely immune to his actions as her cheeks were getting a little flushed.
She wasn't really angry but just ignored him to show him that she was upset.
If Itsuki knew she wasn't angry but she was just upset then he would only say one thing... Women~
And Itsuki's actions made it really hard for her to maintain her cold demeanour.
" Go away~ " Mikoto said while pouting, but Itsuki felt a strong Tsun-Tsun vibe from her. He was sure that if he really went away then she would probably be more angry.
Itsuki just tightened his hold over Mikoto and turned her around so that she was face-to-face with him. Mikoto felt embarrassed and she did not have the thick skin as Kushina nor was she as down bad as Kana thus she was really weak against his public display of affection.
Mikoto avoided eye contact with him but Itsuki was having none of that as he pinched her chin gently and made her look at him.
" Are you giving orders to the patriarch~" Itsuki said in a fake menacing tone but Mikoto felt her heart beating faster. She won't admit it but she was a sucker for him when he acted dominant yet gentle.
"N-No" Mikoto whispered while she felt her face getting hotter.
" It seems I need to punish you for being disobedient~ " Itsuki said in a serious tone as he picked Mikoto up like a sack of potatoes and carried her away under the envious and gloating eyes of the rest...
