"Now that we're both in the Northern First District, there will be plenty of opportunities to see each other, so don't hide away on your own anymore," Yilin said, leaning on Hexia, speaking softly.
"I know, Yilin," Hexia responded quietly, catching the faint scent of flowers from the girl beside her.
"You two, don't stick so close together, okay?" Cindy interjected between them at that moment, joking and teasing.
"Tilan belongs to all of us, Yilin can't monopolize her," others in the room joined in the teasing, filling the room with laughter and cheerful banter.
"Hmm~" At this, Yilin sat up straight, annoyed at the crowd; after all, it was she who organized this gathering, and yet she was being teased by everyone now.
Just when everyone thought that the day would pass by happily and memorably, Hexia's personal terminal rang again. She looked at the lengthy message she received and her expression froze. Seeing her , Yilin leaned over and caught a glimpse of the page Hexia wanted to close.
Even with just a fleeting look, the malicious words shocked Yilin, and her hand rested on Hexia's shoulder.
"How can they bully you !"
