The next morning when I woke up, I was feeling quite weak. Last night after drinking, I had performed a Body Cleansing Technique.

People had got a lot of things from the Minerva realm, especially those who entered the awakening ground.
These people likely come to post the rare things they got from the Minerva Realm to get a high price, not in this contrived but from other countries of the continent as well.
The trading network of Adventurers Paradise is really huge, It spammed across the whole continent. With just paying extra fees, people could find a buyer from across the continent.
Normally people didn’t sell their things on the continental network as whatever thing they posses did not worth giving 25% of the price of their stuff to adventurers paradise but now it is different.
The stuff they are selling had come from the Central continent which rarely found in the continent, so, the seller could ask for sky-high price and those who want it will buy it.
It’s all a game of Supply and Demand.
Seeing this crowd, I thought it would be really hard for me know where I should go to Register but a few minutes later I saw the projection of notification saying Registration of Rule power is on the 35th floor.
Seeing the notification, I step into the elevator to go toward the 35.
When I exit out of the elevator to the 35th floor, I’ve come across a completely different scene than the one on the ground floor.
There were barely five hundred people here and floor being big enough these people feel like a drop in the bucket.
Seeing no idea where to go next from here, I walk toward the reception desk where several pretty receptionists were sitting.
"Hello, where do I register as Rule user?" I asked one, "You can enter any of fifty rooms there." she motioned toward the very small rooms which marked with big letters 1 to 50 numerically where people could seem enter and exit out of them.
"Inside it, you will find small stone where you just have to project your Rule power as long as stone glowed you will be Registered as Rule user and your access qualification will also be advanced to 3 stars." said the receptionist.
Envy could be seen in the receptionist’s eyes when she informed me this information if it were any other thing this receptionist would not be this envious as she herself is at the Peak of Lieutenant stage.
"Thank You." I thanked her and walk toward the, one of the open small room, Room No. 12.
The room is small as I had expected, just two square meters. In the center of the room, palm-size bluestone.
The bluestone seemed nothing special, except for being polished perfectly. Walking near it, I placed my on it and started to project the power of Rule of Sunfire on it.
I am very cautious, just using 10% of Rule power fearing if I used too much, I might destroy it accidentally.
First few seconds nothing happened but just when I was about to increase the power of Rule again, the bluestone started to glow.
First, it was just light glow but it kept getting brighter ata visible speed that in just a few seconds, the light from the stone had colored whole room blue.

As the bluestone had colored whole room with its glow, a monotone voice rang out in the room telling my rule power is authenticated and my access also upgraded to 1/2starstar which really surprised me.
I was told by a receptionist that I would get 3 Star access but I got, 3 1/2 Star instead, the difference of half star is great.
With 3 1/2 star access not only will I be able to buy a Mid-level and so High-level Knight grade skill and artifact but I also could be able to seem and read information which is above my level.
This access is such a big thing, with it I will able to use many services which were inaccessible for me before.
Not only that, those who have 3 Star or above access, I can live in any of the whole continent, the central area of westblood city is just a small thing.
This access is given to me he adventurers Paradise and would be useful in any place on the continent.
Normally only the Major stage and above powerhouse get such access but me having Rule power, I was also given this access.
A shout came out of my mouth as I was about to leave the room but just as I took the step, I found someone standing in front of me, I beautiful lady in thirties wearing ng elegant suit.
Normally I would not make the surprising sound as ever since I had comprehended the Rule power, I had received a boost on my senses.
I could easily sense if anyone were to enter a three-meter radius but this person had appeared so close to me without me noticing.
I was about to say hi when I noticed the peculiarities in the lady, the lady in front of me is not a figure of flesh and blood but the phantom of energy.
