Walking down the shire, he sees nothing but mist. Covering the land, the water-laden air hides everything within. Shielding his eyes, Lewis grapples his way forward.
Wandering for a long time, he finally reached what he was finding.
A long river meanders its way through the land, cleaving it into two. A bridge connects the two shores, the only way of crossing to the other side.
"Lewis...Lewis...Lewis..."
Calling from the other side was a woman. Squinting, Lewis shuffles forward. As the mist clears, he hears once again. e here..."
Just then the face becomes visible. Upon seeing it, Lewis goes red, furry colouring his cheeks.
"BETHANY, YOU CHEATING WHOOOOORRRREEE!!!!!"

"Holy shit, that was a nightmare and a half. What the fuck was that about..."
Sweat pouring down his forehead, Lewis pants with fear. I didn't know I still thought about that cheating bitch...
Just as he was composing himself, a short, stumpy kid(?) zoomed into his face. The boy looked up and down, checking whether or not he was still alive or not.
Slap!
"Ouch! What was that for!?" Rubbing his cheeks, Simon glared at the lanky man. "You little shit, you nealry killed me! If you wanna commit suicide, fine, but don't drag me into it!"
Confused, Simon finally realised what he was referring to. "Oh, you mean the giant rocket strapped to my back? I'm gonna go to the Moon..." Simon gazed up, his eyes in awe dreamy state.
Lewis followed his gaze, seeing the three goons up above. "Uhuh...and say, which moon will you go to? Last time I checked (which is now), there are three bloody moons. Also, how are you gonna reach there. Don't you know anything about gravity?"
Dusting himself, Lewis began berating the young dwarf. "Look kid, I'll say it again. Give up your dreams. Just go and... play with the other kids. Y'know, stuff like hopscotch, knights and dragons, etc."
This made Simon really mad. "I'm not a kid! I'm a dwarf, A DWARF! And for your information, I'm 23!"
Taken aback by the sudden outburst, Lewis immediately apologised. "Okay, okay, my bad, I'm sorry- wait, you're 23!? Why are you still hung up on these fantasies!?" Flabbergasted, Lewis spoke his true thoughts.
Simon hmphed in defiance. "Yeah, and what about you, old man? What about your dreams, hmm?" This struck a sore spot for Lewis.
Gazing down, he sighed. "Yeah, I had a dream as well, but had to giev it up. I realised something as I grew up: not all dreams are meant to be fulfilled." Seeing their very downtrodden man, Simon grew uncomfortable.
Wanting to change the subject, he introduced himself "Well... my name is Simon Steelrun. What is yours?"
Finally noticing that they did not each other's names, Lewis blushed in embarrassment. "Uh, well, my name's Lewis. Lewis Brown. Anyways, sorry for all the drab. I was kinda pissed and stressed, so I took it out on you. Anyways, could you help me get out of the forest?"
