One was a Yellow-robed Monk with an unusually large skull, drooping eyelids, and two whiskers hanging like an inverted ’V’ to his chin, stepping upon a white lotus platform, his face full of solemn Buddhist features, but the red hue in his eyes shattered the sense of solemnity.
Facing Chen Yuan, he uttered cryptic syllables, one by one.
"Moo, Mee, Bah, Hong...."
As each syllable was spoken, the void trembled, and a mighty sound echoed with silence; a Buddhist Chant resonated, seemingly hiding immense power within.

This is one of the challenging Great Divine Powers to master in Buddhism.
The eight arcane syllables described by Eight Sounds refer to Extreme Good Sound, Soft Sound, Harmonious Sound, Honorable Wisdom Sound, Not Female Sound, No Mistake Sound, Deep Sound, and Unexhausted Sound.
For instance, "Extreme Good Sound," also known as the Best Voice, is boundless in the virtue of Buddha, the sound it produces is elegant and wise, making it impossible for listeners to tire of it, thus acquiring its name.
"Honorable Wisdom Sound" speaks of Buddha’s high virtue, brilliant wisdom, the sound it produces commands respect from listeners, enlightening them.
"Not Female Sound," also says Buddha resides in Surangama Samadhi, embodying virtues of worldly heroes, long free from submissive thoughts, the sound it produces makes all who hear it reverent, and even extraterrestrial demons cannot rebel.
These eight sounds are boundless, symbolizing the boundlessness of Dharma, they bear witness to the greatness of Buddha’s teachings.
The Sanskrit characters gleamed in the void like numerous brilliant stars, each shooting towards Chen Yuan.
Meanwhile, two other Malevolent Human Puppet Dharma Images, resembling Fierce Ghosts, unleashed their powers simultaneously; one spewed black sand, which was composed of countless strange-shaped, sharp-mouthed poisonous insects, rare to see in the outside world as they were the work of a Gu Cultivator. The other puppet aimed a bronze umbrella at the void where Chen Yuan stood, flying towards him.
The fact that all three Malevolent Human Puppet Dharma Images chose to attack Chen Yuan simultaneously, ignoring everyone else, indicated their mastermind was in a hurry.
Chen Yuan’s gaze burned fiercely as he swung his long spear backward, releasing a startling clanging sound, a golden light pierced the night, and the majestic Dharma Image expanded to a size of one hundred and twenty zhang in an instant, with Martial Arts Divine Rings lighting up one by one.
Thunderous sounds exploded, as he stomped fiercely!
The surrounding void roared as the reflected Buddhist Chants exploded one after another.
The protective Azure Dragon and Fire Phoenix around him let out a cry, with the Azure Dragon’s countless Dragon Scales standing upright like a myriad of sharp blades, soared skywards, crashing towards the bronze umbrella, the blades sliced with a clanging noise.
Fire sparks flew wildly, within a breath or two, shattering the bronze umbrella into pieces.
The Fire Phoenix opened its fiery mouth, unleashing a blaze that swept across the long sky, incinerating the swarming black insects.
