He had to use a block of metal as a table for the hammer because it was difficult to make a table that could hold something of this weight without breaking.
He still had a week left until the council meeting, so he still had time to do some other things that he wanted to do.
One of those other things was to reforge the storm of blades into a bigger storm of blades with individual blades that are stronger and are now capable of synchronizing with his golden core for maximum boost from his magnetic field.
After doing that, he went to get the two vessel sigil techniques to begin learning them. These two were the Wood Vessel Sigil technique and the Lightning Vessel Sigil technique.
He picked them up from the library and began learning them. This didn't stop him from doing some other things he had on his mind.
There are actually two more things that he has been meaning to do. The first is that he wants to find a way to help a lot of cultivators so that his new fate binding divine ability will be able to shine.
His fate binding divine ability can reach a maximum of level four, but it has not been able to reach level three. It has always been stuck at level two because the rate at which everyone he had helped is progressing is too slow to advance past level two.
The vast majority of the people he has helped are at the first mortal coil. A small portion of them, likely 10%, are at the second mortal coil. Even smaller, at less than 1%, are at the third mortal coil.
These numbers mean that most of the progress that the people he has helped have is at the first mortal coil, and that is too little to help the fate binding divine ability give him enough feedback to utilize a 300% boost to his cultivation speed.
So he either has to increase the quantity of the people he is receiving his feedback from, or he has to increase their quality. He intends to do both.
Increasing the quantity of the people he is helping is easy. He just has to spend money to increase the size of the Red Dojo. There are still a lot of people he can help with his dojo, so there is more feedback to be had that way.
But increasing the quality of the people he is helping will be very difficult because he will have to be willing to do something significant to help cultivators.
This problem got him thinking and brainstorming some ideas.
He said to himself, "I certainly can't teach them martial arts. I need to give them something very valuable like money."
"Maybe, I should set up inheritance all over the Five Veins Region. Or I should start a lottery."
He has a lot of ideas about what to do. What he isn't sure about is how well his ideas will work.
Ideally, he wants to be able to do something that will cost him the least amount of money that will help others and earn him a lot of karma. This is why the lottery idea looks so good to him.
He will make a lot of people combine their wealth and give all of that wealth to a single person. Ideally, that single person will have to be a very lucky person with a bright future so that all of that money will have a higher return for Arthur.
But he is not sure that this will be as good as setting up inheritances were he gives away techniques, resources, and wealth to cultivators. This will be an expensive method, but it is bound to give him a lot of feedback because he will be directly helping a lot of people.
The more he thought about it, the more he decided to give both methods a try. But none of them is something that he can set up in day.
They will both require a lot of his time and effort to set up. He doesn't have that much time currently.
He only had a few days left for the council meeting, so he decided to do something else in the meantime. After the council meeting is done and he is sure where he will be posted to serve the sect, he will begin working on expanding his pool of dependents.
The second thing he wanted to do is to work on the formation breaker. This is another difficult project that will require a lot of time, but he decided to start it anywhere because it is something he can pause at thus stage.
What he needs to do now before he can forge the formation breaker is to design the formation breaker. For that, he needs to do a lot of research and testing.
His idea was to combine a formation treasure with a computer of some sort. Both components have precedents that he can gain ideas from.
The computer component will have a structure that is similar to that of the sect ID card but with more computation power and a function that is solely for decrypting and cracking formations.
He can already replicate the sect ID card, while the structure of the formation treasure and how to forge it are things he can easily learn from the sect.

This difficulty is why he needs to do a lot of research first. Not only does he have to study each component and have an in-depth understanding of both of them, but he also has to do a lot of work designing a prototype that combines the capabilities of both of them.
