"Grandfather called me back on short notice, so this was the only flight left." He rested his elbows on the armrest and shrugged, "Why are you on this flight anyway?"
Lu Wanwan examined him carefully, not sure whether he was telling the truth or not.
But did he really need to go out of his way to sit on the same international flight as her?

"Don’t bother," he said lazily, "Do you think first-class is so easy that you can sit anywhere you like?"
