"You feel better today, Secretary Shi?" Xiaojun asked.
Shi Qiang put the coffee on the table and sighed, "No, not really. I mean, of course, I will be bummed that my male god can say such a thing to me."
Xiaojun frowned and added, "Don't think about trash like him! There are a lot of idols and male gods you can follow! Hmph! What a trash man, lucky that my Zhu'er is not like that trash Sun Zhu!"
Shi Qiang sighed again, "Oh well, I don't expect much from the number one movie emperor. Though, there is a personal pick contest after that fan meeting."
"Personal pick contest?" Xiaojun frowned.
"Yes, Movie Emperor Sun Zhu would pick one fan with the most favourite gift, fan art, or interaction with him. And the winner will win a dinner date with Sun Zhu himself. People are actually waiting for that, hoping that their gifts and fan art would woo the Movie Emperor and got picked."
"But, since I have zero interaction with him, and because of that misunderstanding, I don't think I will be able to win the prize," Shi Qiang sighed. She glanced at her boss and gave out a thin smile, "But I should say thanks to you, boss. Because you stand up for me when I was really going to cry in front of my male god."
"Hmph! What is the use of that! If you want to go on a luxurious dinner date, I will take you to one! I will book the whole restaurant if you want!" Xiaojun got so worked up because of what Shi Qiang experienced yesterday. He knew how hard Shi Qiang tried, so he just couldn't handle his anger at Sun Zhu.
Shi Qiang smiled, then asked, "How was your date with Zhu'er? Is everything good?"
Xiaojun's frown disappeared, and a bright smile popped out in his face again. "Yes, we are having so much fun! We went to a commoner fast-food restaurant, like a totally normal couple. We also went to the arcade, but this time, I didn't reserve the whole arcade. We share it with many people, you know, normal stuff."
"But, your sister seriously gave me a heart attack," Xiaojun said.
"My sister? You mean, Shi Meili?" Shi Qiang asked.
"Yes, your little sister. She actually found out that I am Feng Xiaojun under my mask! I almost died on the spot!" Xiaojun tried to recall the petite girl yesterday. "But she is wrong in one thing though, she thought that Zhu'er is Sun Zhu. Ick that is disgusting! How could she pair me with scum like Sun Zhu!"
Shi Qiang finally understood why Shi Meili or her MeiMei suddenly called her last night, saying that she saw Feng Xiaojun and Sun Zhu having a date.
"Well, she is still in high school. Her fujoshi nature is at an all-time high. I'm sorry if she offends you," Shi Qiang said.
"It's fine. I was just a bit irked to be paired with Sun Zhu. Hmph!"
"Speaking of your date, did your Zhu'er texted you after the date? Usually, a good date is followed by late-night chatting," Shi Qiang asked.
"II'm not sure, Zhu'er just texted me 'I love you' and then disappeared" Xiaojun gulped after remembering the chat yesterday. Usually, Zhu'er would be the chattiest. But he just sent that message to Xiaojun and then went off, not answering any text that Xiaojun sent.
"Is this good or bad?" Xiaojun asked anxiously.
"Hm I don't think it's bad. If he doesn't like you at all, he will just ignore or block your number, boss," Shi Qiang pacified. "Maybe he needs time alone, maybe he is busy or maybe just maybe he already knows your true identity and tries to find a way to approach you formally?" Shi Qiang guessed.
Xiaojun's heart skipped for a moment, "SSecretary Shi, don't say something like that! I don't want Zhu'er to be scared because of my identity!"
Shi Qiang giggled, "Well, don't worry, boss. I often say something gibberish like that. Just relax."
"Except, sometimes my gibberish words turned out to be true" Shi Qiang said.
"Huh? Like what?" Xiaojun asked.
Shi Qiang sighed, "My big sister, Shi Ying. She rented the cheapest boyfriend in that Rent A Boyfriend app. I randomly said that she might have rented a Billionaire's son with too much free time."
"And?"
"Well, I said that as a joke but her rented boyfriend turns out to be her boss' son" Shi Qiang sighed again, "Yang Menghuo, you know that rich second generation?"
"WHAT?!" Xiaojun's eyes almost popped out. "HHow could that be that's like almost like a rom-com novel! How lucky! Yang Group is literally at the same level as Jiang Jinxing's richness!"
"I know, right, and I'm here stuck with you," Shi Qiang rolled her eyes. "Maybe I should start writing a book called Mr CEO Secretly reads BL to talk about you."
"And then, I will also write Rent A Boyfriend, Get Free CEO Husband," Shi Qiang pondered. "Hopefully, people will start reading it and give it a lot of support and votes"
"Wow, Secretary Shi, if those two books actually exist that means you are a supporting character in two books I pity you."
After they talked for a while, the door was suddenly knocked from outside. Both Shi Qiang and Xiaojun turned their heads, "We have a guest today?"
"No, it shouldn't be. Why does the receptionist let a random guy come to your floor," Shi Qiang walked to open the door. When she opened the door, a big and tall figure looked down on her, almost giving her a heart attack.
"MMaster Long Shan."
Xiaojun was also surprised when Long Shan suddenly appeared out of the blue. The receptionist and security guards were behind Long Shan, but they were too afraid to stop the strongest mafia boss.
"LLong Shan, why are you here?" Xiaojun asked nervously.
Long Shan crossed his arm and looked at everyone with a death glare, but when he looked at Xiaojun, all those intimidating aura melted instantly. In fact, Xiaojun saw anxiety in his eyes.
Everyone left the room immediately, leaving Xiaojun and Long Shan alone. They thought it would be the death of their CEO. But right now, Long Shan was sitting pitifully, confused on what to say.
"LLong Shan, what happened?" Xiaojun asked. He sat beside Long Shan, who was panicked.
"This is about Liling she wants uh" Long Shan gulped. He glanced at his moon rabbit, and his face inevitably turned red.
"She wants you to be her mom for the parent's days out in her school" Long Shan looked like a big dog with his ears folded down. "Moon Rabbit, can you please be her mommy?"
