Ariana couldn’t help but laugh at Jon’s remarks, and shook her head with a rueful smile, "Oh, this child."
It’s not that she’s particularly open-minded, but just now the two of them said they’d rather cohabit for life than register their marriage... So she couldn’t very well separate them with a wall like the Queen Mother of the West, could she?
"Honey, let’s go rest." After praising Ariana, Jon couldn’t wait to hold Titus Zane’s hand and head back to their room.
Titus glanced at his mother, then at Jon, who was obviously eager, and reluctantly got up, leading him to the stairs.
Nathan Moore was watching TV, the remote control still nestled in his palm, tightly gripped, and from the side, the lines of his handsome face were taut.
"Nathan, when are we going back?"
Olivia Zane tentatively spoke up. Although Nathan Moore had said nothing and had not shown anything, she could tell that when her mother suggested that Titus and Jon should sleep in the same room, his handsome face suddenly turned cold.
Nathan Moore turned his handsome face to look at Olivia Zane, his expression indifferent, showing no sign of emotion.
"I’ve been drinking; it’s not safe to drive at night."

"Nathan, would you like to stay over?" Olivia Zane carefully asked for Nathan’s opinion—after all, he had never stayed over before.
"Sure." A single word, and Nathan Moore’s lips curved into a reluctant smile.
"Tired? I can carry you to the room to rest."
Nathan Moore got up, holding Olivia Zane towards the stairs, and although his steps were steady, only he knew how eager he was at the moment.
There was a kind of jealousy—that Jon could sleep with Titus Zane.
There was a kind of worry—that the two of them might do what he just forced Titus to do.
Olivia’s room was next to Titus’s, and upon reaching the hallway, Nathan Moore deliberately slowed his pace, ears perking up, if it weren’t for him holding Olivia, he might have been tempted to eavesdrop at the wall by Titus’s door.
"Nathan, tired?" Feeling Nathan Moore slow down, Olivia Zane asked considerately, "Hmm, a bit, I ate too much just now."
That was Nathan Moore’s explanation.
"Oh, then let’s go slower, don’t exhaust yourself."
Despite slowing down, the corridor was only so long and the two rooms were next to each other, so even if they loafed around, they would still reach the end shortly, so they did not linger in the corridor for more than a few seconds.
Nathan Moore gently placed Olivia Zane on the bed, patiently helped her take off her shoes and neatly placed them on the floor, then got up and walked towards the bathroom.
