Titus Zane looked at her with a half-smiling expression, "Why?"
She was not the kind of person who liked to meddle, but that didn’t mean she was forgetful. For instance, she had just asked what happened back then. Since the other party was unwilling to mention it, she didn’t press further. Everyone has their own secrets, but she felt it was necessary to give a heads up about certain things.
Beatrice Hargrave took a drag of her cigarette, sighed and said, "You know, being in the entertainment industry, there are so many things out of our control. Now the image the company has crafted for me is the pure and innocent type, and I have to act according to their arrangements. If the media were to discover my bad habits one day, sigh!"
Beatrice sighed deeply, "When that happens and my public persona collapses, that old man at home will definitely not let me off!"
"Alright, I won’t say anything." Titus Zane’s expression was indifferent as he picked up his glass and took a sip. "Then I’m relieved." Beatrice lay back lazily on the couch, one hand holding a cigarette and the other a glass of red wine, looking every bit the gangster girl, completely different from the innocent young girl she portrayed in front of the media.
A lady’s cigarette, heavily inhaled by her for a while before she suddenly sprang up from the couch, looked at Titus Zane and suggested,
"How about we give Mia Foster a call? It’s been so long since we all hung out!"
"I don’t have her number."
"You don’t have Felix Shaw’s?" Beatrice asked, then added, "Finding him would lead to Mia Foster."
"What do you mean?" Titus Zane was puzzled, his furrowed brows exuding a certain charm.
"Oh, you are really out of the loop, aren’t you?" Beatrice showed a look of disdain, finished one cigarette, crushed it out, and took out another one to put in her lips. Titus Zane knew that Sophie Foster used to smoke a lot.
After lighting it, she took a deep puff and exclaimed, "So satisfying," then leaned closer to Titus Zane full of gossip, "In the last two years, Felix Shaw was practically putting Elizabeth White on a pedestal, taking her everywhere with him. When he was filming, he basically joined the crew, spending all day sweet with Elizabeth White, making it known worldwide that he was her sugar daddy... Mia got mad and instantly brought up divorce and even went abroad for work. Later, no one knows why Felix got it wrong, he went abroad and dragged her back...
"Mia Foster was dragged back to the country by Felix Shaw?" Titus Zane was doubtful, Beatrice nodded repeatedly, "Of course, I heard that when they were abroad, he even forced her!"

Covering her phone pressed to her ear, Beatrice’s expression was indescribable, just now... if she hadn’t misheard... that sound seemed... like slapping...
"How is it?" Looking at her, Titus Zane brought the wine glass to his lips and took a sip, "Ah? Ah, Felix Shaw said she’s not there."
