With a nervous heart, Titus Zane entered the elevator, and by the time he returned to the apartment, Wesley Foley had already fallen asleep; through the bedroom door, Titus could even hear faint snoring.
Near the sofa, Titus supported his chin with one hand, his eyes slightly squinted, staring blankly at a certain spot.
"Don’t use your beauty to do anything illegal," these were the last words Nathan Moore said when she left, carrying a warning tone as if he had discovered something, yet it also seemed like a mere speculation.

Standing in front of the window, Titus answered the call, with Sister Flower’s gentle voice entering her ear.
"Carry, how is everything progressing? Any breakthroughs?" Despite the questioning nature of the words, from Sister Flower, it felt as comfortable as a chat between good girlfriends.
Looking outside the glass window, she hesitated for a moment, then spoke.
"Hmm, I’m listening."
When Sister Flower’s voice sounded again, it was clear, as Titus only called her by name when there was serious matter to discuss.
"I... want to give up on this mission..." Although hesitant, Titus still expressed her inner thoughts.
"What happened? Carry, is it too difficult to execute?" Sister Flower’s voice came teeming with puzzlement, "Do you need another assistant sent over to help you?"
"No, it’s because of me."
Titus lowered her gaze, one finger unconsciously picking at the marble on the windowsill.
Hearing that it was her own reasons, Sister Flower didn’t blame her at all, but instead asked with concern, "Carry, did you encounter any troubling matter?"
